Research On The Self-organization Mechanism Of Community Basketball

With the reform of China’s planned economy system and the transformation of govt functions,the weakening of the unit system is gradually transferred to the society,creating the social development and the growth of civil society.Compared with the mode of "other organization" of the government,self-organized sports activities can effectively make up for the shortcomings of other government organizations and better adapt to the diversified needs of mass sports.At present,in the vigorous development of various types of social organizations in China,more and more sports phenomena have come into people’s eyes.That is,the community sports organizations that highlight the tenacious public welfare,cohesion and vitality play an active role in promoting the development of mass sports undertakings and community construction.This paper takes Guizhou Taipan Village Basketball League(referred to as "village BA")as the survey object,adopts questionnaire survey,interview method and other research methods,and uses self-organization theory to analyze the formation logic,development power,opportunities and challenges of "village BA".It provides a valuable reference for the cultivation of the self-organized activity mode of community sports organizations,promotes the orderly development of community sports organizations,and then promotes the development of mass sports undertakings.This study has reached the following conclusions:(1)"Village BA" is a community sports event organized spontaneously based on the background of civil society development,with the support of the government of Taipan Township and the village committee of the community citizens.(2)The proportion of the "village BA" basketball game is obvious,and the age is mainly in the young and middle stage,most players are freelancers and farmers with relatively low wages.In the motivation,physical fitness(69.11%)and recreation.(75.39%)are the main purpose of people participating in the "village BA" basketball game;in the cognition of the players,the economic factors(64.92%)and political factors(62.3%)are the main factors affecting the development of "village BA".(3)Formation of "village BA" organization: "village BA" organization is born under the influence of the good situation of local economic development,the support of national fitness policy,the strong external environment of local sports culture,as well as the internal needs of local sports culture,such as development,physical fitness and emotional communication.(4)Promote the development of "village BA" organization power: the local people love and identity and local basketball culture and external power of local government practice the national sports strategy,the development of local tourism,sports industry development needs and media publicity to create the development of "village BA" organization.(5)Opportunities for the development of "village BA" organization: firstly,the implementation of national strategies and policies and the implementation of "village BA" organization and the development of mass sports undertakings;secondly,the high-quality economic development and solid mass sports foundation provide material guarantee and mass gene for "village BA" organization;finally,the rapid development of "village BA" organization in the new media era and the integration of sports and tourism industry.(6)The development of "village BA" organization in Guizhou is facing the challenges of lack of organizational identity;increasing difficulty of event organization and management;lack of sports guidance professionals;lack of guarantee of activity funds and the loss of development subject of "village BA" organization.
