Primary school is the student learning habits formed in the primary stage,to the elementary school higher grades but also learning habits formed a period of consolidation,in the elementary school higher grades students,with the increase of curriculum and the stability of the interpersonal relationship,the students of self also gradually had some relatively objective evaluation,then the core self-evaluation is individuals for their potential value of a relatively stable personality characteristics of the evaluation,the core of good self assessment is helpful for students to enhance their ability of self-confidence,better face the school life at the same time,actively learning,so the core self-evaluation as effective predictor of students' school satisfaction,It plays a positive role in improving students' psychological health quality and forming a good learning interest.Research shows that there is a moderately positive correlation between core self-evaluation and school satisfaction,that is,the higher the core self-evaluation is,the higher the school satisfaction will be,and vice versa.This research mainly adopts school satisfaction scale and school satisfaction scale,because the core self-evaluation is a single dimension,school satisfaction mainly has four dimensions,so the course of the study is given priority to with school satisfaction,USES the questionnaire survey,analyzed the factors that affect student satisfaction,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of elementary school senior student school.The results show that the overall level of school satisfaction of senior grade students is high.In each dimension,the satisfaction of boys' schools is lower than that of girls' schools.Compared with fifth grade students,sixth grade students have lower school satisfaction;Never rated as outstanding student,school satisfaction is significantly low;Never held the post of student cadre student school satisfaction is significantly low;Students who participated in extracurricular activities occasionally had significantly lower school satisfaction;Self-rated learning pressure is significantly lower than college students' satisfaction.Based on the results of data analysis,the reasons for the existence of the problems are analyzed,and the countermeasures to improve the school satisfaction of senior students in primary schools are put forward.Improve the core self-evaluation of grade six students,establish modern school management policy,parents give timely guidance to improve the school satisfaction of grade six students;Improve the core self-evaluation,enhance personal achievement,teachers' reasonable expectations of students to improve the school satisfaction of students who have never been rated as outstanding;Improve the core self-evaluation,properly handle the relationship between classmates,cultivate the sense of responsibility and improve the school satisfaction of students who have never been class cadres;To improve the core self-evaluation,encourage students to expand the scope of communication and strengthen the relationship between classmates,improve the personal sense of achievement and improve the school satisfaction of students less involved in extracurricular activities;Improve the core self-evaluation,teachers to students to carry out psychological counseling to strengthen the relationship between teachers and students,strengthen the relationship between home and school to improve the self-evaluation of learning pressure than college students school satisfaction.
