The rapid development of information and educational information in the new era has given birth to the new teaching model of flipped classroom.By virtue of the unique teaching method of "learning before teaching",flipped classroom is divided into three stages: autonomous learning before class,cooperative exploration during class hours,and feedback evaluation after class.It is a profound educational reform that gets rid of the traditional teaching mode of "teaching synchronization".However,flip the classroom study and practice in our country is still in the exploratory stage,the implementation of small,especially in shanbei region,because is located in the northwest,high school teachers to flip the understanding and application of class at the primary stage,there is a student's quality is low,teachers' professional level is uneven,parents supervision does not reach the designated position and do not take the problems such as school,therefore,should be more in shanbei region,with the aid of information technology,earnestly implement the spirit of new curriculum reform,through the "upgrade" of teaching mode,updating teaching ideas of the teachers and students learning concept,improve teachers' professional ability development,improve students' autonomous learning ability,Create an effective ideological and political classroom.Turn in this paper,the concept and characteristics of classroom,illustrates its implementation in the high school thought political lesson of the necessity,feasibility and put forward for the effective application of flip class in high school thought political lesson must adhere to the four principles,through the yanan in the middle school,high school thought political lesson to flip the classroom the application status of investigation and study,points out the current yanan area high school thought political lesson of the problems existing in the application of the model and the hindering factors,at the same time from students,teachers,schools andparents four Angle,put forward some countermeasures for constructing the flip effective class,with case finally complete turn shows the specific implementation process of the class.It is beneficial to supplement the deficiency of this model in theory and practice,in order to provide beneficial reference for the educational practice in yan 'an middle school and even in northern shaanxi.
