Research objective: Through the collection and analysis of relevant biochemical indexes of the Guangzhou Team children's badminton athletes during the 4-week training period before the Second Youth Games and after the high-intensity training week,the related issues of training load monitoring and physical function evaluation of children's badminton athletes were discussed to ensure that the physical functions of children's athletes are compatible with the training load,and try to accumulate relevant research data and information,while providing theoretical references and scientific evaluation methods for further improving the level of scientific training and obtaining excellent competition results.Research methods and contents: Using research methods such as literature data method,investigation research method,test method and mathematical statistics method,19 children's badminton athletes from Guangzhou Team(both national badminton level two athletes)were used as research objects.The red blood cells,white blood cells,blood urea,serum creatine kinase,serum testosterone and cortisol were tested and analyzed on the morning of 4 weeks before the game on Monday morning.In addition,a typical high-intensity training week for badminton is selected,and the related indexes are tested to compare and analyze the changes in biochemical indexes of high-intensity training week and basic training week.Research result:(1)Serum testosterone in children athletes is still at the stage of growth and development,which is lower than the adult standard.Other biochemical indexes are not significantly different from adults.(2)In the 4 weeks of pre-competition training,the average of the three red blood cell indexes have been maintained at a high level,the white blood cell indicators,serum testosterone,cortisol and T / C have remained stable.Serum CK and blood urea have changed greatly in the normal range with the adjustment of training load.The athletes achieved good physical performance in the 4th week and the competition results were excellent.(3)(3)The values of high-intensity training week for biochemical indexes were very different from the basic values.The hemoglobin and T / C,which reflect the body's function decreased.The serum CK and blood urea,which reflect the training load,increased with the increased in exercise load.(4)The horizontal comparison of serum testosterone of 8 male athletes aged 12-14 years was very significant(P <0.01);the horizontal comparison of blood testosterone values of female athletes had no significant difference.The longitudinal contrast of serum testosterone and T / C of male and female athletes changed smoothly.Research conclusions:(1)The red blood cells,white blood cells,serum testosterone,cortisol,and T / C of the children's badminton athletes of the Guangzhou Team during the four-week training period were in the normal reference range,reflecting that the children's badminton athletes of the Guangzhou Team had better physical performance during the pre-competition training.(2)Serum CK and blood urea during the 4-week training period increased significantly in the normal reference range in the morning of the second week,and the adjustment of the training load later showed a downward trend in the morning of the 3rd and 4th week,reflecting that the training load of 4 weeks is appropriate.The coaches adjusted the training plan based on the feedback data and achieved significant results.The athletes won the second place in the mixed doubles of Group B in the Second Youth Games.(3)The biochemical indexes after the high-intensity training week were significantly different from the basic values,reflecting that the high-intensity training had different degrees of stimulation to the body of the children athletes and the children athletes had different abilities to adapt to the training load.There were individual differences in the rate of fatigue elimination and functional recovery.(4)The evaluation of the physical functions of children's badminton athletes is more complicated.According to the characteristics of the project and the age stage,it is recommended to set up personal biochemical monitoring files,and carry out staged,personalized,and detailed monitoring and evaluation in a long-term system.
