Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Mass Snow And Ice Sports Activities Inner Of Harbin City

With the approach of the 2022 winter Olympic Games and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,ice and snow sports are no longer an aristocratic sport participated by a small number of people,but gradually come into everyone's life.The great abundance of mass snow and ice activities can steadily increase the number of participants in snow and ice sports,which is conducive to the implementation of the strategic goal of "driving 300 million people to participate in snow and ice sports",and can also prepare for the benign and sustainable development of snow and ice sports in the future.As the capital city of heilongjiang province in the northernmost region of China,Harbin has natural advantages such as long ice and snow period,large amount of snow,thick ice and low temperature,which is not easy to melt,and relatively stable population,which is very representative in the development process of China's ice and snow movement.The popularization and promotion of the mass ice and snow sports in Harbin city will not only help to meet the demands of the mass ice and snow sports in Harbin city,but also further consolidate the development foundation of the snow and ice sports in northeast China and promote the mass ice and snow sports in other parts of China.The research methods used in this paper include: document method,questionnaire method,field investigation method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method.Through the expert interview method,the research scope and the main factors influencing the development of Harbin mass ice and snow sports were clarified,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1000 people who participated in the mass ice and snow sports in Harbin district 9.From infrastructure,mass,mass organizations of ice and snow sports development situation,ice and snow sports instructors,ice and snow culture influence to the masses,the masses of ice and snow activity project,the several main aspects of Harbin urban mass of ice and snow sports analysis of the status of the investigation,find out the influence of Harbin urban mass of ice and snow sports activities to carry out the existing problems and influencing factors,and aimed at the problems existing in the mass of ice and snow sports activities put forward the corresponding suggestion.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the government as a whole,the number of Harbin city public welfare masses of ice and snow sports venues has been increased year by year,but the distribution is not balanced and the city of the ground ice sports venue than the problem has always been the snow sports venues,and for-profit place mass of ice and snow sports equipment quantity,quality,and the follow-up maintenance work are far more than in the public places.(2)Harbin urban residents are more willing to participate in activities with more interaction and lower technical demand.Most of the participants are accompanied by two or more people,so some people think that the current setting of ice and snow equipment and projects limits the number of participants and affects the sense of experience.(3)retirees are the main force of snow and ice sports in Harbin.People's disposable income directly affects the consumption of ice and snow sports,so the vast majority of people prefer to choose public welfare places for ice and snow sports,and will be affected by the weather and other objective factors.(4)at present,there are only a small number of instructors who are good at ice and snow sports in Harbin,which is far from meeting the needs of the masses.In addition,the overall level of instructors in profit-making places is better than that in public welfare places.Due to the low activity of public welfare instructors and the high cost of hiring professional instructors,most of the masses have not received professional guidance.(5)at the level of the sports organizations in Harbin city,there are problems such as lack of operating funds,poor management and low exposure.At the level of the government,the rise of mass sports organizations is conducive to dispersing the pressure of the government,but at the same time,it is difficult to manage and prone to hidden safety problems.(6)ice and snow culture is an important link for the popularization and sustainable development of mass ice and snow cultural activities.However,at present,most people in Harbin pay more attention to the form of participation,but ignore the charm of ice and snow culture.In addition,due to the lack of publicity on ice and snow culture in various events,they tend to lose interest in participating once the heat passes.
