With the advent of the information age,the Internet has had a tremendous impact on the field of education.MOOC,a new type of curriculum,has entered the public eye and has become an important channel and resource for higher education.With the ever-expanding scale of MOOCs,it is necessary to focus on quality improvement.Paying attention to the learner's experience complies with the principle of "quality first" and "student center".Investigating the degree of satisfaction of college students with Mu class and its influencing factors can provide a reference for the construction of Mu class.Based on the above background,this study investigates the satisfaction of college students in MOOC,quantitatively characterizes the satisfaction level of college students in MOOC,and explores the influencing factors of college students' satisfaction in MOOC.The preparation of the MOOC satisfaction measurement tool is one of the contents of this study.In this study,the "Student Satisfaction Scale for College Students" was developed.The scale contains five factors,namely: satisfaction with the curriculum and teacher teaching;satisfaction with teacher-student interaction;satisfaction with evaluation;satisfaction with platform and resources;satisfaction with self-learning.The exploratory factor analysis and the test results of the Kronbach's alpha coefficient method show that the scale has good structural validity and reliability,and can effectively measure the satisfaction of college students in MOOC.With the help of the College Student Moses Satisfaction Scale,this study took the MOOC "Effective Teaching" and "Teacher Professional Ethics" of a normal university as an example to investigate the 152 college students who are taking these two courses.Satisfaction.The survey results show that the overall satisfaction of college students with MOOC and the satisfaction with various dimensions of MOOC are relatively close to “relatively satisfactory”.In contrast,college students have the highest satisfaction with "Curriculum and Teacher Teaching",the lowest satisfaction with "Evaluation",and the satisfaction with "Teacher-Student Interaction","Platform and Resources" and "Self-learning" is at a medium level.In addition,this study also compared the satisfaction of different groups of college students with MOOC.The comparison results show that there is a difference between boys and girls in the satisfaction of "assessment" and "platform and resources",and there is no gender difference in other dimensions.College students' satisfaction with the two MOOCs "Effective Teaching" and "Teacher Professional Ethics" is basically the same.There is no significant difference between the liberal arts students and science students in the overall satisfaction of MOOC and the satisfaction of each dimension of MOOC.The number of MOOCs and the completion certificate have no significant effect on the satisfaction of university students in MOOCs.On the basis of questionnaire survey,this study understands the influencing factors of college students' satisfaction with MOOC through case interviews.The study found that the influencing factors of "course content" satisfaction include the richness,convenience,practicality and consistency of evaluation of the course content;the influencing factors of "teaching" satisfaction are the logical,emotional,artistic,and Frequency and length,and the actual situation;the influencing factors of "self-learning" satisfaction are learners' participation in the learning process and the achievement of learning goals;the influencing factors of "interaction" satisfaction include the spontaneity of interaction and feedback Timeliness,teacher participation,objectivity of mutual evaluation,and teacher-student interaction in the teaching process of teachers;the influencing factors of "testing" satisfaction include the matching degree of test content and course content,the capacity and frequency of test content,and the purpose of test questions The quality and fairness of the evaluation results;the satisfaction of "platform support systems and resources" is mainly affected by the richness of resources and the fluency of media operations.Based on the above survey results,this study puts forward suggestions on the design and implementation of MOOC,with a view to providing a reference for MOOC construction,promoting the improvement of MOOC quality,so that MOOC can better meet the learning needs of college students and promote their development.
