Under the new situation of the full use of the Chinese textbooks compiled by the ministry,the Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry for junior middle schools have increased the proportion of red selections,paid more attention to guiding junior middle school students to learn red culture and pass on red genes.The characters in the red selections,including the Red Spirit and fine tradition,are the precious red resources of the Chinese nation,and still play an important role in the spirit of today's society.Students can not only exercise the four basic skills of listening,speaking,reading and writing,but they can also be influenced by the traditional culture of the Chinese revolution and inherit the red spirit of their ancestors,add new strength to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,there are many difficulties in the first-line teaching of red selections,most teachers and students have doubts about the teaching and learning of red selections.Based on the existing literature,the author collected and sorted out the concrete situation of the front-line teaching through questionnaire survey,and put forward some corresponding suggestions and strategies.This paper focuses on the research of the Red Selections in the junior Middle School Chinese textbooks,aiming at the present situation of the increase of the red items in thetextbooks and the predicament of the teachers and students in teaching,and based on the analysis of the main causes of the teaching problems,puts forward some feasible strategies.First,the author defines the core concepts of "red selection" and "teaching of Red Selection",and roughly distinguishes the essential characteristics of red selection from other texts in the textbook,the author combs the specific arrangement of the Red Selections in the junior Middle School Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education,including comparing them vertically with the relevant selections in the junior Middle School Chinese textbooks published by the People's Education Press,and finds the new development and new characteristics of the red selections in the compilation of the ministry's textbooks,at the same time,the author has compared the proportion of the red selections in each volume of the Chinese textbooks,and explored the characteristics and shortcomings of the red selections,then,on the premise of this,the author puts forward several teaching strategies for the red text teaching for the teaching of "Red Selection",and appends the teaching examples and reflections of "Laoshanjie".
