Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Index System Of Sports Park Management In China

Sports parks are booming in China as national fitness becomes a national strategy.Sports park fitness leisure industry,the national fitness and health as the development of depth fusion breakthrough,its management is becoming a hot topic of research,but at present our country sports park management evaluation work is still relatively weak,has not yet introduced in view of the evaluation index system of the management of the sports park,so the study of evaluation index system of sports park management not only "the time",and "as its use.This article uses the literature material method,Delphi method,ahp analysis,mathematical statistics method,case method research methods,such as the concept of our country sports park,types,characteristics,functions and the future development trend is analyzed,on the basis of the theory of system management theory and comprehensive evaluation,the sports park is regarded as by the people,materials,facilities and other resources under the certain goal of integration system,to studied the evaluation index system of sports park management,analyses the indexes in the process of the design should follow the purpose and the principles of scientific,feasibility and operability principles,the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative.Based on the theory of sports park management evaluation model combining with the sports park management involves various factors,at the same time referencestate documents related to preliminary evaluation index system,build sports park management after two rounds of expert investigation and index screening process,uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the index weight,and constructed the evaluation index system of sports park management system,and then the index system of every evaluation index of the definition and formulate the corresponding evaluation standard,sports park management scale,and the GuShan sports park in changsha city as an example for demonstration.Through the study,it is concluded that:(1)sports park refers to a comprehensive public sports park or place where sports facilities are integrated with the surrounding environment,greening is integrated with the sports field,and human-sports-environment coexist in harmony,which is suitable for people to have sports leisure,sports,fitness and entertainment.(2)sports park features include provide the place of the national fitness,sports venues,to provide leisure and recreational facilities,viewing places,tourism service environment,improve the ecological environment,promote sports culture,the social place the eight basic function,and the development of sports business circle,the development of science and technology innovation base,advocating ecological combined with sports,rehabilitation recuperate place,implementing ecological environment education this five development function.(3)the sports park management evaluation index system mainly includes 4 first-level indicators(open service,resource allocation,management and comprehensive benefits),12 second-levelindicators and 34 third-level indicators.(4)the developed sports park management evaluation index system has been verified by individual cases to be reliable and effective.(5)ways to improve the management level of sports parks in China include: expanding financing channels and diversifying investment and operation;Improve the employment mechanism and strengthen human resources;Comprehensively improve the management service quality and enhance the audience satisfaction;Excavate advantage,expand market,establish sports brand image.
