As the second language of Primary School mathematics textbook,topic map is an important part of the textbook.The correct use of the topic map of teaching materials can not only assist teachers in teaching,but also stimulate students' interest in learning and their desire to explore,so as to improve students' ability to find and solve problems.It is because the topic map of primary school mathematics textbooks is so important to mathematics teaching,that the research of topic map has been highly concerned by scholars at home and abroad.In a time when the liberal education advocates all round development of students,teachers should give full play to the role of topic map in mathematics teaching.However,the application of the topic map in the textbooks is not satisfactory.In the process of using the topic map,the teachers have the following problems;(1)ignoring the function and value of the topic map,ignoring the topic map,or as the "dragonfly" as a skimmer;(2)misunderstanding the intention of the preparation of the topic map,arbitrarily delete,the more biased students;(3)the lack of theoretical guidance and methods to guide,unable to cut to the topic,inefficient.In view of this,this research will take how to use the topic map in the high-level mathematics teaching of primary school as the cut-in point,discuss the application flow of the topic map in the mathematics teaching of primary school,the problems needing attention and the suggested measures.This research mainly uses the literature method,the case analysis method,the action research method and the text analysis method,has deeply analyzed the Xishi edition" primary School Mathematics 4-6 grades 6 in this textbook the topic map,on the basis of drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign research results,this paperexpounds the connotation,classification,characteristics and value of the topic map,and from the basic principles of the application of the topic map,expounds systematically the basic flow of its application in the mathematics teaching of primary schools,and then,according to the application flow,in the end,the author puts forward some problems that need to be paid attention to and some suggestions on the application of the topic map.This research should include the following parts: the first is the introduction.This part expounds the origin of this study,research significance,literature review,as well as research ideas and methods.The first part of body is the theoretical basis of the application of primary school mathematics topic map.The theories supporting this study mainly include Piaget's "cognitive development theory",Paivio's "dual coding theory" and Mayer's "multimedia learning theory".The second part is the connotation,type and function of the theme map of primary school mathematics textbooks.This part first analyzes the relationship between the core concept topic map and illustration and the connotation of mathematical topic map,then clarifies the types of mathematical topic map according to different standards,and finally describes the function of mathematical topic map.The third part is the basic overview of the high-level mathematics topic map of the Xishi edition " primary school.This part uses the text analysis method to analyze the quantity,distribution,characteristics and location of the topic map of the high-level mathematics textbook of the Xishi edition" primary school.The forth part is the basic principle of the application of high-level mathematics topic map in primary school.It is mainly expounded in detail from four aspects: application basis,application principles and application methods.The fifth part is the practical operation process of the application of topic map in primary school mathematics teaching.First of all,it describes the specific operation process of the application of topic map in primary school mathematics teaching,which is carefully designed to introduce and reason according to the picture,explain the text with the picture,make the picture with the text,exchange the text with the picture,and summarize it with the picture.then,combined with the process of the application of topic map,it presents the specific operation cases of different types of topic map in primary school mathematics class.The sixth part puts forward the problems and suggestions that should be paid attention to in the application of topic map in mathematics teaching in primary school.From mastering the application methods,understanding the connotation of the textbook topic map,making use of multimedia technology,optimizing the form of the textbook topic map,improving teachers' application skills,strengthening the function of the textbook topic map,connecting with the reality of life,activating the application of the textbook topic map,combined with text description,deepening the understanding of the textbook topic map,combining with the characteristics of the discipline,Pay attention to the infiltration of moral and aesthetic education and other aspects to put forward suggestions to improve the quality of the use of mathematical topic map.The last part is the conclusion.This paper summarizes the views,problems and shortcomings of this study,as well as the prospects for future research.The above discussion on the application of topic map in high-level mathematics teaching in primary schools,hoping to improve teachers' awareness and ability in using topic map,and provide valuable reference and reference for primary school mathematics teachers,let the mathematics topic map be able to be truly beneficial to the mathematics teaching.
