| With the rapid rise of the high school “arts special students” army,college art majors have been in the trend of expanding enrollment,and the proportion of art special students in high school has also increased.Inconsistently,there are various problems existing in the education and management of the art special students in rural ordinary high school.These problems not only restrict the future as well as development of high school art students,but more importantly,they directly influence the level and quality of art special students of colleges and universities.Therefore,the management of high school art special students is also highly valued by educators.The quality of high school art special students directly influences the overall quality of art students.As is known to all,art special students of rural ordinary high school are often considered to be those who have “bad grades” and who are “difficult to manage”,which are mainly related to the situation that the art special students usually have unsatisfactory grades and and most of the family environment is complicated(parents have been divorced or parents work in other places).Past experience has also verified that art class management is more complicated and more difficult than cultural classes.Many educators have conducted research on art special students.The management of rural ordinary high school art students is chaotic,and frontline managers usually adopt laissez-faire attitudes.As long as there is no teaching accident,they will let nature take its course.The lax and laissez-faire management method makes students unable to get a correct guidance in the most important period of establishing a outlook on life,values,and world outlook,which leads to the general lack of comprehensive quality of art special students in rural ordinary high school.Even so,the psychology,emotions and behaviors of the ordinary high school students in rural areas still have certain universality.Grasping these commonalities and combining practical problems,the targeted innovation and optimization of the management of ordinary high school students in rural areas is bound to improve the management effectiveness of the art special students significantly,guide the art special students to grow up healthily,and actively respond to the study of cultural classes and the training of special projects.On the basis of this,this paper will conduct a targeted study on the management mechanism of art special students in rural ordinary high school,evaluate the current situation objectively,find out the problems existing in it,and put forward corresponding improvement measures,and hope to promote rural ordinary high school art special students to realize overall improvement of the effectiveness of the management mechanism.Therefore,under the phenomenon that the high school art special students are rapidly expanding and being enrolled at a large extent,can the training of the art special students in the rural ordinary high schools be able to meet the demand for excellent students in the fine arts majors of colleges and universities? Is the result satisfactory? With these questions,the author of this paper investigates the current situation of the art education of the Fucheng high school in Guangxi,and combines the theory with the practice of training the high school art special students in Fucheng High School.This research puts forward targeted countermeasures for the management of art special students in rural ordinary high school in the three aspects of changing the management concept,optimizing the management mode and adopting more effective management methods.This article can be summarized into four parts:The first part is the introduction,which includes the research background and research significance of the management of ordinary high school students in rural areas,analyzes the research progress and main theories of art specialty management at home and abroad,sorts out the theoretical basis of this paper,that is,subjective education theory,learning motivation theory and organizational identity theory,and and introduces the research ideas as well as research methods of the article;The second part is empirical research,which takes Fucheng High School as an example to investigate the management of Fucheng high school art special students and analyzes the basic ideas,status quo,achievements,and teachers as well as students' views.The third part summarizes and analyzes the problems that exist in the management of art special students in rural ordinary high school,which believes that the management concept is lagging,the management mechanism is not perfect,and the old management methods are the main reasons that restrict the effectiveness of art class management.To improve the management effect of art special students in ordinary high school,it is necessary to start from these four aspects;The fourth part puts forward an improvement strategy in art special student management work from the three aspects of management philosophy,management mechanism and management methods.It is hoped that this study can provide a feasible reference for the improvement and innovation of the management of art special students in rural ordinary high school. |
