This article attempts to institutions of higher learning for special education students (students with deaf and visually impaired students as the research object) motion perception (including depth perception, speed perception, proprioception, etc.) to conduct experimental research, and through special education and college students. The comparative analysis of motion perception in order to find out through this study to improve deaf and blind students'movement laid the theoretical foundation. In this paper, the main research method using literature data, expert interviews, experiments and mathematical statistics and logical analysis. The particularity of the subjects, through expert guidance, select the simple reaction time, depth perception, speed perception, body movement and balance sense perception-based indicators of experimental tests, the experimental combination of the control group experiment. Through the collation and analysis of measurement results of the preliminary draw the following conclusions:1. Special Education compared to deaf students and ordinary students, ordinary students'simple reaction time, body movement and balance sense perception better than the deaf students, the difference was significant, balanced feel the difference was statistically significant. Normal depth perception of students (visual) is slightly better than deaf students, but the difference was not statistically significant, rate of perceived aspects of the performance of deaf students is more excellent, better speed of perception, and the difference was significant significance.2. Special Education students with visual impairment compared with the ordinary students. the ordinary students'simple reaction time superior to the visually impaired students, but in body movement and balance sense perception is visually impaired students in terms of better performance, with a higher level The body movement perception, differences between the groups was significant, balanced feel the difference was statistically significant.3. Special Education students and deaf students with visual impairment and balance of body movement perception differences are in a larger sense, a visually impaired student body movement and balance sense perception was significantly better than deaf students, and the difference was significant significance.By experimental research to find out from a different perspective of teaching special education school physical object and the object of PE teaching ability in the differences in motion perception, which aims to implement the scientific concept of development, using scientific methods to develop students for special education physical and mental development of the physical education curriculum, and teaching materials and methods to provide a theoretical basis for the determination and data support. Special education schools in Jilin Province to a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of theoretical research basis for the educational administrative departments to provide advisory services and development of countermeasures.
