Chinese traditional festival culture is an important part of the excellent Chinese traditional culture.With various forms and rich contents,it has a subtle impact on the way of thinking and behavior of generations of Chinese.However,with the development of modern information technology and the deepening of China's opening degree under the economic globalization,the traditional culture and modern culture,local culture and foreign culture,advanced culture and backward culture in our cultural life are intertwined and agitated with each other,and Chinese traditional culture is inevitably impacted by the external environment in the process of development.As for many current high school students who born after 2000 and influenced by the new culture,they know much less about Chinese traditional festivals than about "foreign festivals".The senior high school politics is the key course of moral education in high school,so carrying forward excellent traditional culture is not only the subject task given by the times,but also the important content of subject teaching.As an important part of Chinese traditional culture,traditional festival culture is particularly important in the application of high school politics.Based on the relationship between Chinese traditional festival culture and politics course in senior high school,this thesis discusses the current situation of the application of Chinese traditional festival culture in the politics course in senior high school.On the basis of analysis of the current problems,it puts forward reasonable and feasible solutions to improve the application of Chinese traditional festival culture in politics course in senior high school.The first part mainly expounds the basic content of Chinese traditional festival culture and politics course in senior high school,including the connotation and main content of Chinese traditional festival culture,as well as the internal relationship between Chinese traditional festival culture andpolitics course in high school.The second part mainly analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the application of Chinese traditional festival culture in the senior high school politics of based on the questionnaire survey,which is divided into three aspects: the statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey of the application of Chinese traditional festival culture in the politics of senior high school,the current achievements and the existing problems Among them,the problems existing in the application of Chinese traditional festival culture in high school politics are mainly discussed from these angles: senior high school ideological and political teachers have certain understanding of traditional festival culture,but lack of in-depth mining and application;the high school students lack the initiative and enthusiasm for in-depth learning;the application of traditional festival culture is lack of in-depth and powerful support from school;the application of traditional festival culture in the development of modern society is greatly affected.The third part mainly explores the basic principles and solutions to improve the application of Chinese traditional festival culture politics course in senior high school.Among them,the basic principles mainly include directionality,subjectivity,diversity,and dialectics.And the main solutions include four aspects which are grasping more educational functions of traditional festival culture;improving teaching content and evaluation methods;strengthening teacher training,improving teachers' humanistic quality and teaching practice ability of traditional festival culture,carrying out activity-based courses;mobilizing students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning and practicing Chinese traditional festival culture;giving full play to various forces to create a favorable environment for traditional festival culture education.This article strives to make full use of the beneficial educational resources in the traditional festival culture,improve the effectiveness of the education and application of the traditional festival culture in the politics course in senior high school,and then promote to cultivate the core quality of senior high school students to make them strengthen the self-confidence,theoretical confidence,institutional confidence,and cultural confidence of the socialism with Chinese characteristics and then make them consciously become the guardian and inheritor of China's excellent culture.
