The year 2020 will be hard for people of all countries to forget.In the face of the new epidemic of pneumonia,the Chinese people have united as one and obeyed the party's command.Everyone has assumed social responsibility in his own way.It is precisely because individuals care about society and do their duty,the outbreak has been well contained,and this incident once again demonstrates the importance of developing a sense of civic responsibility.However,in daily life and teaching practice,there are still some junior middle school students do not cherish life,do not care about parents,do not care about state affairs,etc..Although the education of the sense of social responsibility has been paid enough attention by the academic circles at present,the research on the cultivation of the sense of social responsibility of university students is mainly focused on,and the idea that the education of the sense of social responsibility should be started at an early age is upheld,in this paper,the junior high school "morality and rule of law" teaching in the social responsibility of students to carry out research,to promote the new era of youth clear ideal,bold.The text consists of three chapters as follows:The first chapter focuses on the theoretical analysis.According to the similar concepts of "social responsibility of junior high school students" and "teaching of morality and rule of law",the paper defines the connotation of the cultivation of students' social responsibility in junior high school moral and rule of law teaching.In accordance with the physical and mental development of junior high school students and the teaching materials,the paper clarifies the goal and content of the cultivation of social responsibility in the teaching of moral and rule of law in junior high school,and positively evaluates the significance of the cultivation of social responsibility in theteaching of moral and rule of law in junior high school for guiding the healthy growth of students,highlighting the value of Ideological and political education and promoting the reform and development of quality education,which lays a good theoretical foundation for the later discussion.The second chapter is the analysis of the current conditions of of cultivating Students' social responsibility in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school with the help of the previous literature research results and from the three aspects of achievements,problems and causes of problems,combined with the actual data provided by junior high school students' questionnaire survey and teachers' interview.Specifically,the cultivation of students' sense of social responsibility in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school is mainly embodied in three aspects: one is the weakening and weakening of the teaching goal,and the other is the singleness and Soliloquy of the teaching method,third,the teaching result has the short board,the difference phenomenon.Especially the junior middle school students have a low degree of concern about their parents,a lack of understanding of the basic situation of the country,and the social responsibility behavior is not consistent with the social responsibility cognition and the social responsibility behavior is unstable.The causes of these problems are closely related to the organization and management of school resources,teachers' comprehensive quality and students' learning attitude.The third chapter explores the practical strategies for optimizing the cultivation of students' social responsibility in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.It is based on the previous research and the perspective of the teachers.It puts forward the specific countermeasures and suggestions from the three aspects of the education and teaching quality of teacher,the mobilization of students' enthusiasm and teaching reform,which is the key and difficult part of this paper.
