With the progress of society and the development of education,the country and society pay more and more attention to the position of aesthetic education in children's education However,since most schools still only focus on subjects that should be tested,and the enthusiasm for marketization of educational services is growing,there are more and more art education services for children on the market.However,when there are more and more scenarios and elements involved in educational services,the traditional teaching model and theoretical guidance can no longer meet the requirements brought by the increasingly complex systemThe purpose of this article is to service design concept and method is introduced into the children's art education services,collaborative multi-stakeholder of these elements on integrated innovation system,and combining with the experiential learning theory to improve the teaching quality and learning experience,and make the education service system of service quality,coordinated development of commercial value and social value The research of this paper firstly starts from the theory,sorts out the relevant theoretical basis of service design,explores the connotation and implementation strategies of experiential learning theory,and understands the relevant knowledge of traditional handicraft education.After that,through personal participation,in-depth interviews and desktop research,the author investigated and studied the inheritance and education of traditional handicrafts,as well as the children's handicraft education services provided by commercial institutions,public cultural places and schools.Based on the relevant data collected from the survey,this paper uses the tools and methods of service design to conduct research and analysis.First,it constructs a stakeholder system for the service,analyzes the roles involved in different scenarios through user research,and extracts representative user portraits Second,through two complementary methods of user journey diagram and service blueprint,it shows the user experience in the "foreground" as well as the interaction among various elements in the "background" and the whole process of service occurrenceFinally,based on the analysis results of the research data and the output of service design tools,and combined with the relevant implementation strategies in the experiential learning theory,three service design strategies are proposed for the traditional handicraft education service for children.The second is to attach importance to the needs of stakeholders to realize the system and the third is to use the service design thinking to coordinate the system resources.
