The Research Of Vocational Education Overpass In Hainan

The Revised Draft of Vocational Education Law is guided by the concept of lifelong learning,and proposes to establish a modern vocational education system that effectively connects vocational education at all levels and communicates vocational education with general education.Since the "Decision of the State Council on Vigorously Developing Vocational Education" in 2005,"the twelfth five-year plan for the development of national education" and "the modern vocational education system" Construction Planning(2014-2020)"has actively responded to policy calls in succession.Vocational education has ushered in a good development environment.The state has increasingly attached importance to the integration and development of vocational education.China's provinces and cities continue to practice and explore.Seize opportunities in the new era It is an inevitable trend to build a"overpass" for vocational education and promote the development of modern vocational education system.In this study,on the premise of clarifying the origin of the research and understanding the previous research results,the follow-up research was conducted through the literature method and the interview method.This research takes Hainan Vocational Education "overpass" as the research object,and it summarizes the basic overview of Hainan's secondary vocational education and higher vocational education through literature collection and analysis.Starting from the Hainan vocational education counterpart single recruits,junior college promotion,and the modern vocational education system pilot project,the existing vocational education pathways in Hainan Province are sorted out.The vertical overpass of vocational education and the horizontal overpass of vocational education and general education are basically smooth,From a more detailed perspective,we can find that there are still many problems in the channel of Hainan's vocational education,and its "overpass" for further education still needs to be improved.The author selects teachers and leaders of some vocational colleges in Hainan to conduct interviews through the collection of interviews and the latest literature.From the support of government policies,the willingness of vocational college students to study,the drawbacks of college entrance examinations,horizontal andvertical vocational education The smoothness of the channels for further studies and the depth of cooperation in the pilot colleges of modern vocational education summed up the deficiencies in these areas,and further analyzed the existing problems.In response to the problem,combined with the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign practical experience,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving the "overpass" for Hainan vocational education.The study found that the“overpass”of vocational education in Hainan Province has the problems of insufficient government policy support,students 'unwillingness to go to higher education,drawbacks in entrance examinations,insufficient horizontal and vertical channels for advancement,and insufficient cooperation between schools for pilot vocational education pilot projects.To address these issues,Hainan has proposed to improve Hainan from the perspectives of government leadership decision-making,increasing vocational education publicity and promotion,accelerating recognition of vocational education,reforming examinations for vocational education,unblocking channels for vocational education,deepening cooperation between vocational schools and guarantee measures for vocational education,and other aspects Suggestions for "overpass" for vocational education.Vocational education is an important part of improving the "overpass" of vocational education,and is an important measure to build a modern vocational education system.Through research,we can timely understand the current situation and existing problems of Hainan,and provide some basis for subsequent development and research.
