Research On The Burden Of Chinese Homework In Junior Middle School

In Chinese teaching,the burden of homework for students gradually increased.Students are reluctant to homework of Chinese.Moreover,not only can this burden cause psychological problems,but also influence social behaviors.The effect of these policies is trivial.Thus,to tackle this problem,this thesis conducted surveys and experiments in junior high school at Nanchong city.Questionnaires was used in this research based upon pedagogy and psychology.Then the reason for the burden of Chinese homework was analyzed to improve and reform the design and evaluation of homework.This thesis includes:Introduction,which consists of background,goal,contribution,review,motivation and method.The research is based on questionnaires and interview to find an efficient strategy tacking the problem aforementioned.Review on this problem and related theory.Firstly,we clarified the definition of homework.In addition to that,the design and evaluation are discussed following by corresponding theory.Research and experiments.The background is introduced before the analysis of our survey result.We focused on the analysis of this result reaching the reason of this problem,which is caused by the quality of homework.In other words,the design of homework is lack of rationality.Finally,the outcomes of heavy homework are listed.Survey results.The analysis for the drawback of homework was focused on school and teacher,which also analyzed ranging from society,policy,student,to family.The drawbacks include quantity,difficulty and structural imbalance.The design of homework should be designed with more well adapted structure.Strategy and advice for corresponding aforementioned drawbacks.The most important part is the various design of homework,which consists of rational quantity with varied types.Furthermore,the design and evaluation should be scientific.
