Since the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Compulsory Education Stage in 2021(hereinafter referred to as "Double Reduction"),homework design has become the focus of education attention.Homework design is a key part of classroom teaching,which is of great value to improve the quality of classroom teaching and reduce students’ academic burden.The premise of high-quality homework is high-quality homework design.And in educational practice,homework design is the most neglected teaching activity,so it is urgent to study the homework design of junior high school teachers.In this study,taking "double reduction" as the research background,taking junior high school teachers’ homework design as the main research content,and based on extensive literature review,the questionnaire survey method and interview method were used to investigate some junior high school teachers.From the collection of data and information,it is found that the problems of junior high school teachers in homework design are mainly as follows.First of all,in terms of the main body of homework design,the homework design literacy of junior high school teachers is limited by the traditional concept of homework.Secondly,in terms of the object of work design,the structure and quality of the work materials caused by the long-term pressure of further education are not good.Finally,in terms of job design mediation,the principles and methods of job design caused by the closed training environment are missing.Therefore,in view of the above problems,this study believes that teachers’ homework design literacy can be improved by changing the traditional concept of homework.Clarify the value orientation of job design and improve the structure and quality of work materials;Create a growth environment for teachers,explore the principles and methods of homework design to improve the quality and efficiency of junior high school teachers homework design,and then improve the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching,and realize the reduction of students’ academic burden and the benign development of education ecology in a real sense.
