| The teaching design of the physical education curriculum has always been a topic of continuous research. The teaching design includes teaching thoughts, teac hing purposes, teaching methods and other elements.Only through the innovationo f these elements can the curriculum reform be completed to achieve the best cla ssroom effect.Music is regarded as the highest state of beauty. The combination of music and sports not only improves the teaching effect of physical education but also increases the artistic quality of physical education. In the traditional sp orts teaching environment, the appropriate intervention of music in the classroom can make the teaching environment fully achieve the functions of cultivation, moti vation and health. The spinning bike course has the characteristics of distinctive movement rhy thm and is suitable for the teaching of music environment. This article tentativel y combines music and spinning bike course teaching and carries out related verif ication research, and explores the spinning bike course effect under the music env ironment from both theoretical and practical aspects.According to the results, aph ysical education curriculum model suitable for the music environment is designe d.In this study, using literature method, teaching experiment method, and mathema tical statistics method,a total of 95 students in five elective classes of spinning b icycles in the School of Sports and Social Sciences were selected as data collect ion objects, and riding in the environment with and without music; At thesame t ime, randomly select 10 people to ride in three environments: synchronousmusic,as ynchronous fast music, and asynchronous slow music.During this period, students' physical and psychological indicators were measured by using heart rate monitor, subjective exertion scale, exercise emotion induction scale, and exercise recorder.E xplore the physiological and psychological effects on students in different music environments. The study found that:(1)There are obvious differences in students' heart rate, subjective exertion, emotions after exercise, and exercise ability under the conditio ns of music and no music, and the performance is better than the non-musicgroup under the condition of music.(2)There are no obvious differences in students' heart rate, subjective exertion, emotions after exercise, and exercise ability under the three backgrounds of synchronous, asynchronous fast and asynchronous slow mus ic.Through theoretical analysis and practical results, the basic teaching model of physical education curriculum under the music environment is designed, including five parts: curriculum teaching mode selection, teaching goal setting, teaching proce ss and content arrangement, teaching evaluation, and precautions. The research resul ts show that the application of music in spinning teaching is feasible to improve the quality of the classroom, and can also be used in other aerobic physical edu cation courses. It is a direction of physical education curriculum reform and inno vation. Therefore, based on the theoretical and practical results, this article puts forwar d several points that should be paid attention to when designing a physical educ ation course under the music environment:(1)This article has no significant ste pping results at a speed of 65 rpm after referring to foreign simultaneous andasy nchronous experiments. To experiment.(2)This article uses professional audioequ ipment to ensure classroom effect. In practical applications, schools in different re gions can choose appropriate equipment according to their own conditions.(3)U se more sophisticated measuring equipment in future experimental research to exp lore the impact of music on different physiological indicators of athletes during e xercise.(4)When using music, teachers conduct surveys on the preferencesof the recipients and create playlists belonging to different classes based on the survey results and classroom feedback.(5)Study the role of music in different sports fi elds, not limited to mass sports. The role in the direction of competitive professio nal sports is also worth exploring.(6)Music as a medium should be viewed fro m a dialectical point of view, and should not be abused in the process of use,to ensure that the original teaching or training objectives are rationally used for the purpose of improving effects. |
