Psychological capital is a manifestation of the positive psychological advantages within an individual.Studies have shown that psychological capital can have a positive effect on individual learning,happiness,and organization of teams.Basketball is a confrontational sports activity.Players on both sides not only confront technically and tactically,but also play psychological games.It is particularly important to use the key factor of player psychological capital as the research theme.By improving the psychological capital level of college basketball players,the learning and training efficiency of the players,the sense of well-being,and the individual 's overall healthy and sustainable development can be improved.Therefore,this paper investigates and researches the psychological capital of college basketball players through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method and expert interview method,compiles the college basketball player psychological capital questionnaire,analyzes the current situation,characteristics and influencing factors of college basketball player psychological capital,Concluded as follow:1.The psychological capital of college basketball players includes five dimensions,namely self-confidence,resilience,hope,optimism and interest.The overall correlation coefficient of each dimension of the psychological capital questionnaire for college basketball players is between 0.38-0.700,indicating that the questionnaire has goodstructural validity.The reliability coefficients of the sub-questions and the overall questionnaire are 0.884,0.912,0.859,0.903,and 0.929,respectively,indicating that the questionnaire has good reliability and can be used as a research measurement tool for college basketball players.2.The overall level of psychological capital of college basketball players is good,and the total average score(5.004)is higher than the theoretical median(4.000).However,the development of all dimensions is uneven,with the highest optimism dimension(5.339)and the lowest resilience dimension(4.546).3.There is no significant difference in the psychological capital of college basketball players in grades,majors,family education methods,family background(education methods,economic conditions,whether only children and single parents),but there are academic achievements,sports years,coaching relationships and teammate relationships.Significant differences.4.The main characteristics of the psychological capital of college basketball players:from a gender perspective,the psychological capital level of male athletes is higher than that of female athletes;the psychological capital level of forwards is superior to that of defenders and centers in terms of position;the psychological capital of players with better academic performance The higher the level,there is a significant difference in the dimensions of self-confidence and interest;the psychological capital of players who started basketball training from junior high is higher than that of players who started training in other stages,especially in the dimensions of self-confidence,hope and optimism;In the interpersonal relationship,the psychological capital of players with good relationship between coaches and players is higher than that with poor interpersonal relationships.5.The psychological capital of college basketball players is mainly affected by academic performance(can explain 55% of the change),interpersonal coaching relationship(can explain 44% of the change)and teammate relationship(can explain 19%of the change),that is,the better the academic performance The higher the psychologicalcapital level of players in interpersonal relationship handling.
