The academic level of college students is an important manifestation of the quality of talent training in colleges and universities.The academic guidance system for college students is an effective measure to improve the quality of college students' learning,and it is also an important part of the first-class undergraduate education system.Higher education has entered the stage of popularization.The ever-expanding number of students and the ensuing increasingly diverse student needs urgently require universities to establish a more comprehensive and effective academic guidance system.As a "double first-class" university,which is the leader of Chinese universities,the construction of the academic guidance system should play a leading and benchmarking role.This research takes the academic guidance system of China's "double first-class" universities as the research object.Based on the literature review,the theory of student development,"student-centered" education theory and system theory are used as the theoretical basis for the construction of the academic guidance system of college students.,Carried out four aspects of research.First of all,using NVivo12 to carry out three-level coding,layer-by-layer promotion,induction and analysis,the academic guidance system of double first-class universities mainly includes five aspects: guidance goals,guidance methods,guidance content,organizational elements and guarantee support.On this basis,conduct an investigation and current research on the "double first-class" university academic guidance system.It is found that the development of academic guidance organizations in China's “double first-rate” universities is still in its infancy.The guidance content is not prominent and focuses on the guidance for the improvement of academic performance.The practice approach is mainly based on traditional guidance methods.The work team mainly has part-time jobs.Staff composition,lack of full-time instructors,bias towards the basic functions of the organization in the operation of the academic guidance organization,and insufficient attention to the development of the organization.Secondly,a case study was conducted on the academic guidance systems of Harvard University and Tsinghua University.From the four aspects of academic guidance goals,academic guidance content,academic guidance institutions,and academic guidance teams,it provides experience and reference for the construction of my country's "double first-class" university academic guidance system.Thirdly,it puts forward the strategic suggestions for constructing and perfecting the "double first-class" university academic guidance system.Aiming at the research-oriented characteristics of "double first-class" universities,the construction strategies were proposed from five aspects: academic guidance objectives,academic guidance content,academic guidance forms,academic guidance team,and academic guidance guarantee.Among them,goal construction is the direction guide for the construction of the college student academic guidance system,and is the starting point for the construction of the college student academic guidance system.Double first-class universities must combine scientific research and teaching when building academic guidance goals,and focus on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents;college student academics The guidance content is the foundation for the construction of the academic guidance system and the inner core of the entire system.In the process of constructing the academic guidance system for college students,the double first-class universities should focus on strengthening the guidance of new students and promoting internationalization under the premise of covering the basic guidance content.The core content of the guidance project and the integrated academic career planning guidance project of this research;the all-media guidance form is an effective way to practice the academic guidance content;the sound organizational elements provide strong support for the academic guidance system;the operation of the academic guidance is guaranteed The foundation of the operating environment constituted by the guarantee of funds,the policy guarantee to encourage teacher participation,the guarantee of the evaluation of feedback academic guidance effect,and the internal and external expansion of the academic guidance system are the cornerstones to create a favorable environment for the development of academic guidance and are the external support of the entire system;As the intermediate pillars,the guarantee elements and the guidance form play a supporting and connecting role.By improving the guarantee elements and innovating the guidance form,it can ensure that the college students' academic guidance system can be integrated from top to bottom and run inside and outside,so as to give play to the best effectiveness of college students' academic guidance.At the end of the paper,the research conclusions are refined,the research deficiencies are analyzed,and the future research directions are prospected.
