In recent years, the total supply of college graduates in China continue to expand,and the employment pressure gradually increase. How to adapt to the market? How to alleviate employment pressure? College students'employments become a social hot and difficult spot. The effective vocational guidance work can be an important way to improve the employment rate of graduates and to enhance the quality of employment. The effective vocational guidance work can be a main method to help college students to achieve their life planning and career development.The traditional vocational guidance work normally focused on Emergency guidance,job-hunting guidance and curriculum guidance. It does not place emphasis on guidance for students in all grades, the quality of employment and professional guidance. In order to help college students realize their life planning and career development, and to improve the quality of employment and employment rate,the author attempt to establish the work system of employment personalized guidance.In this thesis, the author adopts document indexing, theoretical analysis, interviewing method and case study research to mainly study the work system of employment personalized guidance. The thesis began with a brief review of the historical evolution of vocational guidance,learning ideas of Individualistic education, the foreign vocational guidance theories and the summary of domestic practice in personalized vocational guidance. In this thesis, the personalized vocational guidance can promote the healthy development of personality of students, develop vocational capability for students, improve their quality of employment, and help students complete students'role transformation. the personalized vocational guidance includes University Personal Performance Development File,vocational guidance course , professional consultation service,Service Chain, career planning guidance and the improving of the occupational skills and competency. The thesis analysis and research strategies to carry out personalized vocational guidance. We should renew our ideas and grasp the basic principles of personalized vocational guidance. We should transform methods of work and improve the institutional mechanisms of personalized vocational guidance. We should integrate our resources and strengthen the specialization of the work troops. We should Increase the inputs to promote the hardware construction.Some new ideas and new practices are proposed basing on the establishment of the work system of personalized vocational guidance. First, college vocational guidance plays an important role in job hunting, choosing an occupation and career development. In-depth and effective vocational guidance should inherit the experience of the traditional vocational guidance, improving on its shortcomings. It is open to students in all grades, with a variety of activities, and developing multiple projects. Moreover, it fosters the guiding ideas that the quality of employment and employment are of equal importance. Second, referencing human resource management, the author presents University Personal Performance Development File. Learning from the practices of business management, the author presents Service Chain. Third, to ensure the feasibility of personalized vocational guidance, it took as long as three years to provide case study.
