Leadership is the leader of leadership behavior have to have leadership, charisma, non-power influence and integrated embodiment of its leadership authority. Leadership development, therefore, to fill the lack of leadership theory research and how to lead more effectively guiding practice is of great significance. In recent years, due to the flexibility booming leadership behavior, contingency theory, situational theory is widely used in led, whether leadership idea or leadership behavior from the past rigid to flexible shift. The author also found that this kind of change and the rise of women’s leadership has a certain correlation. And then found that flexible leadership and leadership has the intrinsic relevance for women, such as women’s leadership style pay more attention to the flexible, attach importance to human factors, more dash forward show humanization. In this context, how in the perspective of flexible leadership, play to their own advantages of female leadership, seize the opportunity, conform to the development requirements of The Times, to achieve the greatest degree of development, improve the effectiveness of the leadership. This paper mainly study the several aspects:The first part: introduction. Mainly to flexible leadership women leadership from the perspective of the research background, research significance, research status quo and a brief introduction to the research methods.The second part: introduction to the theory of flexible leadership, leadership related concepts for women. Mainly on the connotation and characteristics of flexible leadership, elaborates the connotation, characteristics and content of female leadership, analysis of flexible leadership role of leadership development for women.The third part: the necessity of leadership development for women. From the relationship with the flexible leadership, individual women leaders, women in leadership development, organizational development is analyzed.The fourth part: barriers to leadership development for women. From a gender system disorder, the female leaders themselves, be leaders stereotypes of barriers, obstacles to homogenous society copy a few Angle analysis of the main problems in the process of leadership development for women, points out the deep reason of these obstacles exist, laying the groundwork to seek development path.The fifth part: flexible leadership leadership development for women from the perspective of Suggestions and countermeasures. In part on the analysis of the obstacles, from women’s leadership of the their own quality, cultural quality and style of leadership and female leadership networks several aspects put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions, to promote the leadership development for women.
