Objective:By observing the FMS test of the young aerobics athletes, this study deeply discussed the potential injury risk of the body of the young aerobics athletes, and provided some theoretical basis for the training of the young aerobics athletes. Methods:Eighty middle school students in Hangzhou were selected as the research objects, and were divided into four groups, male and female, according to the level and gender of the athletes, namely, the aerobics group, the level-1 aerobics group, the level-2 aerobics group and the ordinary students group, with 10 students in each group.Aerobics athlete to maximum heart rate 70% to 85%(equivalent to 60%-80%VO2max)intensity,180 minutes/time,five times per week, last 1 years or more, ordinary students not to take part in sports training, and then each group respectively for FMS seven basic movements and three exclusion between groups ROC curve drawing test and pain, calculate the area under curve and Youden index, with a maximum of about Youden index determine each FMS cutting point score of the total score.Results:(1)Compared with the general boys, the FMS scores of the male youth aerobics athletes and the first-level athletes were significantly improved(P <0.05);For male athletes, the activities of hurdle stand, active straight leg lift, stable trunk push-ups and body rotation stability were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the flexibility of shoulders was significantly decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between squats and straight lunges(P>0.05).For level 1 athletes, the active straight leg lift and hurdle stand were significantly increased(P<0.05).(2)Compared with ordinary girls, the FMS score of female adolescent aerobics athletes was significantly improved(P <0.05).The female adolescent aerobics athletes' straight lunching squat, straight leg active lift, stable trunk push-ups and stable body rotation were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the flexibility of the shoulders was significantly decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between squat and hurdle(P>0.05).Compared with the female level 2 athletes, the female youth aerobics athletes showed significant increase in the stability of torsos and bodyrotation(P<0.05).(3)The area under ROC curve(AUC)and AUC=0.5 hypothesis of male and female youth aerobics athletes and general students were significantly different. The AUC values of male youth aerobics, first and second level aerobics athletes and male general students were 0.943,0.833,0.728 and 0.735 respectively. The AUC of the female youth aerobics group, the first and second level aerobics athletes group and the female ordinary students group were 0.831,0.728,0.794 and0.819 respectively. The optimal cutoff points for young athletes, first and second level gymnasts, and general students were 16.5,16.5,15.5,14.5,16.5,15.5,15.5 and 13.5respectively.Conclusion:(1)The upper limb strength, lower limb joint flexibility, flexibility, stability and core control of the trunk of male adolescent gymnasts are all better than that of male adolescents.Female teenage aerobics athletes have better upper and lower limb muscle strength, lower limb joint flexibility, flexibility, stability and core control of the trunk than ordinary girls and female second-class athletes, and these parts have lower potential sports injury risk.(2)The joint flexibility of male and female youth aerobics athletes is weaker than that of ordinary students, and the potential risk of shoulder injury is higher.(3)to FMS score evaluation youth aerobics athlete sports injury risk has certain diagnostic accuracy.
