Taking the individual quality of students as the focus of education has been universally recognized in the current wave of innovative development.In April 2014,the ministry of education,in the opinion of the founding of the tree of the tree,has asked that "the education has to develop a core literacy system of students," and that students should have the necessary qualities and key qualities to adapt to their lifetime of development and social development." Junior middle school is the basic education of ordinary education,and the core accomplishment cultivation of physical education is implemented into the reform of the physical education curriculum in middle school,which is conducive to the healthy development of students' body and mind and is of great significance to the determination of their lifelong sports goals.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey(600students in 6 middle schools in Changsha),interview and mathematical statistics,this paper systematically sorts out and evaluates the research results at home and abroad related to the core accomplishment of physical education,summarizes the current basic system of physical education in the world,summarizes the achievements of advanced education and teaching,and aims to make a contribution to the formation of a complete teaching framework of physical education and teaching.This paper investigates and analyzes the implementation of the curriculum reform of the ports discipline key competence education discipline in Changsha middle school and the current situation of the cultivation of students' sports discipline key competence,analyzes the reasons for its formation,and puts forward some feasible countermeasures for the optimization of the cultivation of the core accomplishment of the physical education discipline in junior middle school students.Here's the main conclusion:1.In the context of core literacy,in the teaching of physical education,the overall ability of students is relatively low in the cultivation of sports skills,the transfer rate of health knowledge in physical education class is low,the content and structure of physical education class are not reasonable,and students are not interested in sports.At the same time,junior middle school students are generally in a state of sub-health,with few extracurricular activities,and have not yet developed good sports habits.2.In the context of the reform of physical education curriculum,in terms of the cultivation of students' core qualities in physical education,the surveyed junior middle school physical education classes in changsha are not clear in terms of teaching objectives.They pay little attention to the cultivation of students' interests,sports skills and good habits,and still focus on the traditional exam-oriented education.In terms of the teaching content of physical education,the main content is the items in the high school entrance examination and the exercise between classes,which are not very interesting,not rich in items,and not scientific and reasonable in structure.In the teaching method of physical education course,it still stays in the traditional single method and lacks the attention to the subject status of students.Physical education teaching evaluation of junior middle school is limited to students' mastery of knowledge and skills,and the evaluation of students' emotion,progress and volitional quality is not perfect.3.According to the research results,put forward the optimization countermeasures of physical education curriculum reform under the corequality: firstly,improve every step of physical education teaching,which can be subdivided into the establishment of physical education teaching objectives,selection of physical education teaching content,transformation of physical education teaching methods and improvement of physical education teaching evaluation;Secondly,strengthening the implementation of students' effect includes the improvement of students' sports skills,the cultivation of students' good fitness habits,the improvement of students' physical quality,and the cultivation of sports interests from four dimensions.Finally,an interactive platform of school and family information is built to strengthen the communication between physical education teachers and parents,so as to arouse parents' education and guidance on students' sports.
