In 2014,the Ministry of Education issued and issued the "Opinions on Fully Deepening the Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of Literacy and Man-building".The document shows that "the core quality system of students in each school section and the necessary characters and key abilities that students should possess to meet the needs of lifelong development and social development will be studied in succession".After nearly three years of research and experiment,in September 2016,China's Ministry of Education released the research results on the development of core literacy of Chinese students.The publication of the research results has pointed out the direction of China's education reform,provided ideas,and also pushed the "core literacy" and "subject core literacy" to the upsurge of research.However,the author finds that up to now,the research on the core quality of high school physical education is still in its infancy,and the published research results are mainly about the concept,connotation and framework construction of the core quality of physical education,which is related to the core quality of physical education.The research results of maintenance strategy are few.Therefore,through text analysis,knowledge mapping,literature review,interview,questionnaire survey,classroom observation and mathematical statistics,this paper draws lessons from the latest research results of core literacy at home and abroad,and according to the three main dimensions of core literacy framework of physical education discipline(sports ability,health behavior,sports products)German,and the following 18 elements(participation and organization of exhibitions and competitions,physical exercise plan formulation and effect evaluation,domestic and foreign major sports events and sports attention and appreciation ability;sports participation,exercise habits,health management,emotional management,communication and cooperation ability,ability to adapt to the natural environment,Health consciousness,lifestyle,survival ability,self-protection ability,sport persistence,the result of the competition and the competence of the sport role,abide by the rules of competition and respect for opponents and fair competition were analyzed on the current high school sports and health textbooks,two high schoolsin our city(Yantai No.1 Middle School and Yantai No.3 Middle School)500 each.The students' core accomplishments of physical education were investigated by questionnaire,the relevant experts and the physical education teachers in two senior high schools were interviewed,and the eight physical education and health classes of four teachers in two senior high schools were observed.Finally,the status quo of the core accomplishments of physical education in senior high schools and the existing problems and deficiencies,such as the executive ability of sports ability,were summarized.The students' ability of self-regulation to fatigue and emotion is weak,and their ability of communication and cooperation is general.The students participate in and organize sports competitions and activities,make fitness plans,pay attention to large-scale sports events and events,sports management,cooperation and communication ability,health awareness and lifestyle,and treat the competition results.Fruit,sports role competence and so on are still in the weak links of high school students' core competence in sports discipline.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.National education departments should pay attention to and support the supervision of schools;2.Compile textbooks under the guidance of the core accomplishment of physical education;3.Teachers should establish the concept of core accomplishment;4.Conduct classroom teaching around the core accomplishment of physical education;5.Establish the platform of home-school contact,etc.Corresponding training strategies are aimed at improving students' core competence of physical education.Cultivation,comprehensive promotion of quality education,the cultivation of all-round development of the people,enhance the core competitiveness of national talent in the 21 st century;enrich the theoretical study of the core quality of China's sports disciplines,provide theoretical reference for the improvement of the core quality system of China's sports disciplines,and provide support for curriculum reform.
