In the new situation of education,with the continuous improvement of the educational environment and the needs of students,the independent college has entered a critical period of transformation.As the backbone of the independent college teachers,young teachers have become increasingly prominent.The instability of the teaching staff and the low level of professional development of teachers have seriously affected the development of independent colleges.In order to better cultivate applied undergraduate talents,independent colleges should actively respond to the national education policy,continuously improve the relevant systems of the college,further deepen the construction of young teachers in the college,and implement the career development of young teachers into the work.First of all,through the method of literature analysis,this paper summarizes the research on the career development of teachers,the career development of university teachers,the career development of teachers in independent colleges and the influencing factors of teachers undefined career development at home and abroad.Secondly,it summarizes the characteristics and present situation of the career development of young teachers in independent colleges,and analyzes the status of young teachers undefined career development level combined with the questionnaire survey data of J College.Finally,on the basis of putting forward the research hypothesis and constructing the empirical analysis model,the investigation data are used to test the influencing factors on the career development level of young teachers in independent colleges.In order to study the convenience,this paper mainly studies the professional development level of young teachers from two aspects:teaching level and scientific research level.The empirical analysis shows that the educational background and training of individual ability,the professional stress of individual psychology,career planning,the vocational recognition of social environment,the working environment of school environment,the school policy,and the economic pressure offamily environment all have a significant impact on the career development of teachers.According to the conclusion of the study,according to the theory of human nature hypothesis and incentive theory of public management,this paper mainly probes into the countermeasures from the school level,and puts forward the basic research conclusions of properly reducing the young teachers.According to the theory of human nature hypothesis and incentive theory of public management,this paper mainly probes into the countermeasures from the school level,and puts forward the appropriate reduction of the professional pressure and economic pressure of the young teachers to optimize the structure of the teaching staff.We should improve salary and welfare,comprehensively improve the professional skills of young teachers,improve the working environment and vocational recognition of young teachers,and formulate five suggestions for the long-term career development of young teachers in independent colleges.
