A Study On Enrollment Mechanism Of Ningbo Private Inclusive Kindergarten

As an important part in the national education system,preschool education is of great significance to people's lifelong learning and development.With the gradual expansion of the people's demand for admission to the kindergarten,how to do a good job of recruiting kindergarten students has once again become the focus of the society.As an important part of the preschool education market,the Private inclusive kindergarten has achieved good results in making up for the vacancy in the preschool education market.However,with the increasing demand for admission to the garden,the enrollment problems of the Private inclusive kindergarten are constantly emerging.In view of this,this paper takes Ningbo private inclusive kindergarten enrollment mechanism as the subject of research.This article takes the kindergarten director and parents of Ningbo as the investigation sample,takes the public garden and the other nature private garden as the reference object,based on the three dimensions of enrollment plan,the enrollment implementation and the enrollment supervision,through the questionnaire method and the interview method,This paper investigates the present situation and problems of enrollment mechanism of Ningbo Private inclusive kindergarten.The study shows that there are a series of problems such as large difference in quality,difficulty for children from disadvantaged groups and single supervisor in Ningbo Private inclusive kindergarten.In order to promote the improvement of enrollment mechanism of private inclusive kindergartens,it is necessary for the government,kindergartens and parents to work together to promote the healthy development of preschool education and to realize the equity of education.The full text consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction of the full text,expounds the background,purpose and significance of this paper,and sorts out the related research summaries and ideas at home and abroad,defines the core concepts,and expounds the relevant theoretical basis of the enrollment of private inclusive Kindergartens including the theory of quasi-public goods,the theory of non-profit organization and the theory of public choice are the basic theoretical support of the enrollment mechanism of private inclusive kindergartens.The second part is the analysis framework of enrollment mechanism of private inclusive kindergartens,which takes political,economic and educational as the logical basis,divides the enrollment mechanism into three modules: plan,implementation and supervision,and provides the research framework.The third part research about the present situation of ningbo private inclusive Kindergartens recruitment mechanism,expounds the process of making the questionnaire,analyzes the present situation of the enrollment mechanism,and analyzes the difference and satisfaction between the garden and the parents.The results of the questionnaire are combined with the contents of the interview,and the present situation and problems of the three modules of enrollment plan,enrollment implementation and enrollment supervision are sorted out.In the fourth part,suggestions for improvement are given from the main body of enrollment,namely,the government,the garden and the parents.The fifth part is the deficiency and prospect of this research.This paper holds that the private inclusive kindergartens in Ningbo have developed vigorously in recent years,providing more high-quality pre-school services for the society,and the parents of school-age children in Ningbo have a higher overall satisfaction with the enrollment mechanism of the private inclusive kindergartens in Ningbo.However,there are still many problems in the current enrollment mechanism of the private inclusive garden because of the limitations of its own operation and the overall development of preschool education in our country.The competent government departments should earnestly fulfill their leading obligations and support and help the private sector in various aspects.The private inclusive kindergartens should also cooperate with management,develop the curriculum and improve the quality of conservation.And the parents also need to set up the scientific education idea,cooperate with the garden party,the government,to really improve the enrollment plight,promote the fair and healthy development of ningbo preschool education.
