Study On Educational Resources Allocation In Rural Primary Schools In Laoting County

Rural primary education has always been the focus and difficulty of education in China.Paying attention to rural primary education and improving the status quo of the resources allocation of rural primary education is the key to the smooth development of education in China.Based on the problem existing in the allocation of educational resources in rural primary schools in Laoting County,this paper established a systematic analysis framework based on the current situation of resource allocation in rural primary education.Through problem analysis,it identified key factors and proposed solutions to problems in practice in order to bridge the gap between urban and rural education,thus achieving the optimal allocation of rural primary education resources.Based on the analysis of the problems in the allocation of educational resources in Laoting County,this paper expounded the status quo of resource allocation in primary education there with the theories of education equity and educational resources,education equilibrium and educational resource allocation,combined with the methods of literature research,investigation research and case analysis.According to the actual situation,the importance of realizing the optimal allocation of educational resources was analyzed in detail;the relationship between educational resources,that is,material resources,human resources and financial resources,were further clarified.Combined with relevant theories,this paper analyzed and summarized the problems existing in the resources allocation of rural primary education in Laoting County from the aspects of insufficient teaching facilities,shortage of excellent teacher resources and lack of financial resources allocation.Finally,the author proposed methods to solve the problem from the aspects of perfecting teaching facilities in rural primary schools,strengthening the teachers of rural primary schools and stabilizing the funding for rural primary education so as to realize the optimized allocation of educational resources in rural primary schools in Laoting County.With the continuous improvement of China's emphasis on education and relevant policies,China's rural primary education will surely usher in a better tomorrow.Under the upsurge of rural revitalization and urban-rural integration,the study on the optimal allocation of rural primary education resources in Laoting County will also benefit the development of local rural primary schools.
