After implementing a series of systems such as universal compulsory education and exemption of tuition and miscellaneous fees across the country,the quality and level of education in rural primary schools have been improved to a certain extent,and the pressure on rural families to go to school has been reduced to a certain extent.In this context,the enrollment rate of rural primary school students in most parts of the country has basically reached 100%.However,in the process of continuous changes in rural primary education,a series of situations have emerged along with the development of urbanization.With the advancement of urbanization,the number of rural workers entering the city and the number of rural residents have changed,and the proportion of rural population in the urban population has continued to increase.Some rural areas in China have experienced hollowing out and aging,and the situation is becoming more and more trending.serious.In this context,rural elementary education has also undergone two-fold changes: first,the number of rural elementary school students has dropped sharply,and some schools even have 10-15students;second,rural schools have been dismantled and merged.This policy has led to a continuous reduction in the number of small-scale schools in rural areas.Therefore,starting with the allocation of educational resources in rural primary schools in my country,studying the rationality of resource allocation and measures is of great value and practical significance for promoting the educational development of rural primary schools.This study takes Ouhai District,Wenzhou City as the main object of discussion and analysis,and analyzes and studies the allocation of rural primary education resources in this district.In the research process,case analysis method and literature research method are mainly used.First,the basic situation of rural elementary school education in Ouhai District,Wenzhou City is reviewed and analyzed,combined with the major problems and causes of rural elementary schools in different aspects of educational resources,and combined with domestic and foreign experience,suggestions for the optimal allocation of rural elementary school educational resources are put forward.The study found that the current educational resource allocation problems in rural primary schools in Ouhai District,Wenzhou City are mainly manifested in the following points: First,the distribution of educational resources is unreasonable,which is mainly due to the comparison of the total amount of resources caused by the level of local economic and social development.The second is the low efficiency of the use of some educational resources,which is mainly due to the game of interest in the relevant functional institutions,and the allocation of resources is not balanced;the third is that the teaching staff is not sufficient and the allocation is not balanced.At the same time,the school's infrastructure construction is also Relatively weak;fourth,the management level and management mechanism of local rural primary schools are also low.On the basis of reference to relevant experience and relevant system knowledge,based on local actual research,several suggestions for promoting the rational allocation of educational resources for small-scale schools in local rural areas are pointed out: First,policies can be introduced to support the development of local rural primary schools,including economics.Support education and poverty alleviation,give play to the role of non-governmental organizations and encourage social donations;second,it is possible to increase the amount of investment in education,ensure the development of education and improve the educational mechanism,and try to incorporate relevant rural education indicators into the evaluation system of the local government,and start Supervise the use of education funds;third,rationally arrange the distribution of rural primary schools,improve the utilization of resources,optimize idle educational resources and hardware configuration,and learn from successful methods at home and abroad to establish Chinese-style primary schools;The fourth is to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff.On the one hand,it is necessary to stabilize the rural teacher team,and on the other hand,special training and innovative teaching guidance should be carried out.
