A Study On The Policy Problems And Countermeasures Of Scientific Research Incentive In Local Universities C University Based On Rooted Theory

In today's world,scientific research plays an increasingly important role in the competition of comprehensive national strength,and the importance of scientific research in Colleges and universities is increasingly prominent.As an important part of colleges and universities,local colleges and universities undertake the task of training applied talents,developing science and technology,serving and promoting local economic construction.The scientific research incentive policy plays a leading role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of scientific research teachers,and plays an important role in improving the scientific research ability of colleges and universities.The research on the incentive policy of scientific research in local colleges and universities plays an important role in improving the level of their own scientific research ability and promoting the local economic construction.Therefore,this paper selects local universities C as the case to study,analyzes the problems of its scientific research reward policy,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.This article is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.It puts forward the research background,purpose and significance of this article,the research content,ideas and methods as well as the major and difficult points of the research.The second part introduces the relevant theories of this article and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.The third part first summarizes the current status of C University's scientific research reward policy,and secondly,it uses the rooted theory to encode the interview data to analyze the problems of C University's scientific research reward policy.The fourth part uses the grounded theory to encode the interview data and analyzes the reasons for the research award policy of C University.In the fifth part,the countermeasures of C university scientific research reward policy are proposed.Through the use of grounded theory coding,it is concluded that the research award policy of C University has problems of too high policy objectives,policy details,delays in award distribution,lack of evaluation process,and general incentive effects.The reasons for these problems include teachers' emphasis on scientific research award policies Insufficient,teachers' insufficient recognition of the scientific research award policy,weakening the honor of scientific research awards,insufficient amount,unreasonable management of scientific research funds,lack of grading of scientific research award results,inadequate subjects,and insufficient transformation of results.Finally,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward from five aspects: policy formulation,policy implementation,policy evaluation process,policy incentives,and policy value orientation.
