Study On The Promotion Of Rural Vocational Education Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The strategy of Rural Revitalization is a strategic choice based on the changes of the main social contradictions and the development needs of rural agricultural farmers in the new era.The strategy of Rural Revitalization provides the opportunity for the development of rural vocational education in China.As an important part of our national education system and rural human resource development,rural vocational education,whose function orientation and value orientation precisely meet the needs of rural economic and social development,is an important cornerstone of serving the "three rural" and realizing the Rural Revitalization.The opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization also clearly put forward: "to achieve rural revitalization,we must give priority to the development of rural education,and vigorously strengthen vocational education and training." Since the reform and opening up,after more than 40 years of exploration,rural vocational education in China has made certain achievements and laid a certain foundation for practice.For example,the government has provided a series of policy concerns,established a special network of educational institutions,held some project projects,and formed a certain form of organization and mode of running schools.However,there are still a series of problems,such as The legal policy system is not perfect,the regional development is not balanced,the goal orientation of academic education is alienated,the effective supply of non academic training is insufficient,the investment in rural vocational education is insufficient,and the operation of the system and mechanism is not smooth.Under the strategy of rural revitalization,how rural vocational education serves the realization of the general requirements of Rural Revitalization Strategy is the key problem that needs to be solved urgently at present.Committed to promoting thestrategy of rural vocational education serving for rural revitalization,this paper mainly studies from the following five aspects:The first part: introduction.The main contents include: research background,research purpose and significance,research trends at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,research content and innovation.The second part: the general overview of the promotion of rural vocational education under the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Firstly,it explains the related concepts and theoretical basis;secondly,it discusses the new mission of rural vocational education under the strategy of Rural Revitalization.The third part: the realistic basis of promoting rural vocational education under the strategy of Rural Revitalization.This paper analyzes the practical basis of promoting rural vocational education from four aspects:policy level,educational institution network,project engineering,and school running mode.The fourth part: the problems in the promotion of rural vocational education under the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Specifically including:first,the system construction is not perfect;second,the regional development is not balanced;third,the goal orientation of vocational schools is alienated;fourth,the supply and demand of non academic training is out of line;fifth,the resource allocation is not in place;sixth,the department coordination mechanism is not perfect;seventh,the socialization participation mechanism has not been established;Eighth,the evaluation mechanism is not perfect.The fifth part: the promotion strategy of rural vocational education under the strategy of Rural Revitalization.This paper mainly puts forward the promotion strategies of rural vocational education serving the Rural Revitalization Strategy from eight aspects: first,strengthening the top-level design and improving the system construction;second,serving the Rural Revitalization and taking all kinds of talents as the goal orientation;third,strengthening the reform of academic education to reflect the characteristics;Fourth,strengthening the reform of non academic training to improve the effective supply;fifth,strengthening the resource construction and providing resources The sixth is to establish a horizontal and vertical coordination mechanism and improve the management system;the seventh is to mobilize social forces to serve rural vocational education and promote public governance;the eighth is to strengthen quality monitoring and improve the evaluation mechanism.
