The Construction Of The Competition System Of The Extracurricular Major For The Students Majoring In Physical Education Research

In order to promote the construction of physical education discipline in Wuhan Institute of physical education and improve the training mode of physical education professionals,according to the strategic content of the outline of the national medium and long term education reform and development plan,we should comprehensively improve the quality of higher education,focus on cultivating high-quality professionals and top-notch innovative talents with strong faith,good morality,rich knowledge and excellent skills,and hold extracurricular studies in physical education institutions Subject competition is to develop students' comprehensive ability and cultivate PE teachers who meet the needs of today's society.Based on the case study of Wuhan Institute of physical education,this paper analyzes the current situation of the personnel training program of physical education major in Wuhan Institute of physical education.Through expert interviews and questionnaire surveys,it is proposed to establish a scientific basis for the construction of extracurricular discipline competition system of physical education major,and construct its own extracurricular discipline competition system.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In the talent training program of Wuhan Institute of physical education,physical education focuses on the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability,relevant professional knowledge and professional skills.Most of the students are competent for the primary and secondary school physical education,health education,after-school physical exercise and training,sports competition organization and other aspects of work when they graduate.At present,the practical courses are relatively small in the physical education professional module courses The types of competitions are relatively single,and students' participation in academic research and creation,skills and quality development,social practice and innovation and entrepreneurship practice is insufficient,so extracurricular discipline competitions are urgently needed for quality development and exercise.(2)The basis for the construction of the extracurricular discipline competition system is:to meet the needs of today's society,to meet the training of physical education professionals,to have scientific discipline competition system construction principles,to build a highly operational discipline competition system methods,to scientifically and reasonably screenand analyze the indicators of each discipline competition system.According to the management system of College Students' competition,it is proposed to put forward the principles,methods and system indicators for the construction of the preliminary extracurricular discipline competition system.The experts are interviewed and surveyed,and the principles and methods for the construction are sorted out and analyzed in combination with the experts' opinions.The indicators of the discipline competition system are screened and revised.(3)For the construction of the extracurricular discipline competition system of Wuhan Institute of physical education,firstly,taking the opportunity of the outline of the national medium and long term education reform and development plan,this paper analyzes and discusses the training objectives of the physical education major of Wuhan Institute of physical education;secondly,it establishes the situational teaching platform to achieve the purpose of "promoting teaching by competition";thirdly,it carries out the teaching of "integration inside and outside the class" in the physical education major The mode is to combine in class teaching with extracurricular competition to cultivate "all-round" and "innovative" talents in line with the training program of physical education major of Wuhan Institute of physical education.Finally,the extracurricular discipline competition system is applied to the students of Wuhan Institute of physical education to improve the teaching quality of physical education institutions and constantly promote the comprehensive ability of students.
