| For a long time,the development of table tennis in China has always been in an unbalanced state.The development of table tennis in the more developed provinces and cities in the Middle East is better than that in the western region.In recent years,the national strategy of building a strong sports country and a healthy China attaches great importance to the development of sports,especially the balanced development of sports.On this basis,this paper takes the promotion of table tennis in Ningxia as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and expert interview to investigate the development of table tennis in Ningxia.According to the results of the investigation,the paper puts forward the targeted development suggestions,aiming to further promote the development of table tennis in Ningxia.1.It is concluded that Ningxia has taken many measures to promote the development of table tennis,and achieved phased resultsIn primary and secondary schools,take the characteristic school of table tennis as an advanced example to lead the atmosphere of table tennis in the whole campus.Table tennis gradually enters the campus and the life of primary and secondary school students.2.Many new table tennis stadiums have been built in Ningxia,and many comprehensive stadiums have also opened up table tennis venues;the awareness of the masses of table tennis is constantly strengthened.3.The level of competitive table tennis has been improved.The members of "Ba yi" Yinchuan Helanshan table tennis club have successively participated in the national championship,National Youth Championship,youth championship,national a-a-b League,etc.on behalf of Yinchuan City,all of which have achieved outstanding results.There are still many problems in the promotion of table tennis in Ningxia1.The school pays too much attention to cultural courses,which restricts the development of table tennis activities;the venues and facilities for table tennis are still insufficient.The funds for running schools in primary and secondary schools are generally tight,and the funds for supporting sports activities are extremely limited;the weak teachers of table tennis,lack of special teachers of table tennis are common phenomena in primary and secondary schools,which affect the development of table tennis activities and the teaching quality of table tennis courses.2.The mass table tennis is not well organized,the sports atmosphere is not strong enough,and the mass table tennis is generally lack of scientific guidance;the mass soldierball movement in Ningxia is not balanced.3.The professional level of table tennis in Ningxia is low,the training system is backward and the level of coaches is not high.There is no market-oriented high-level table tennis club in the region,and there is a big gap between Ningxia table tennis team and the first-class strong team in China.Recommendation:1.Further deepen the reform of school education,create a good atmosphere of table tennis;attach importance to and strengthen the construction of the team of table tennis teachers,strengthen the professional skills improvement of special table tennis teachers,and set up a professional skills evaluation system.Table tennis teachers should give full play to the leading role of teachers and organize and carry out various table tennis competitions inside and outside the school.2.The table tennis associations of all cities and counties in Ningxia actively exert their own strength,broaden the platform for the mass table tennis in Ningxia,organize folk competitions,and promote the sports atmosphere of the mass table tennis through the leverage of the competition,so as to promote the balanced development of table tennis in all regions.3.Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Sports Bureau and table tennis project management center shall formulate corresponding standards,increase the training of amateur sports schools and municipal sports schools,and lay the foundation for the establishment of Ningxia table tennis team as soon as possible. |
