According to the curriculum concept of "full-time Compulsory Education Physical Education and health curriculum standards(experimental draft)",the core of physical education and health curriculum in China today is to meet the needs of students and value their emotional experience,to promote the all-round development of new Socialist People's growth,from curriculum design to the evaluation of each link,always put students' initiative and all-round development in the first place.This requires physical education teachers to break away from the existing deep-rooted traditional physical education teaching mode,according to the new concept of the new curriculum standards of physical education and health,to develop a new type of physical education teaching mode.With the continuous emergence of new physical education teaching mode,how to apply these teaching innovation results to all kinds of schools at all levels is a big problem.Therefore,through the research methods of literature,questionnaire and expert interview,this study understands the current overall situation,analyzes the deep-seated reasons for the low transformation rate of the innovative achievements of the current sports teaching mode,and puts forward the transformation mechanism of the innovative achievements of the sports teaching mode,so as to solve the problem of the current teaching innovation achievements and the low practical application rate.At the same time,according to the opinions of front-line teaching experts at all levels of schools,the physical and mental characteristics of students of different ages,as well as the effect of non-traditional teaching mode experiment application and other factors,the specific physical education teaching mode suitable for ordinary students in primary school,middle school and university is put forward.For all levels of education administrative departments and all kinds of school decision-making reference.The conclusion is as follows:1.The non-traditional physical education teaching mode put forward by the academic circles of our country can be divided into three types: one is the physical education mode focusing on skill learning,the other is the physical education mode focusing on emotional experience,and the third is the physical education mode focusing on improving physical quality.2.Physical education in primary school focuses on the teaching mode of emotional experience,middle school focuses on the teaching mode of skill learning,and college focuses on both skill and physical quality.3.The PE teaching modes suitable for popularization in primary school are interest teaching method and heuristic teaching mode,etc.;the PE teaching modes suitable for popularization in middle school are group teaching mode and competition teaching mode,etc.;the PE teaching modes suitable for popularization in university stage are "three independent" teaching mode and sports prescription teaching mode,etc.4.At present,there are some problems in the process of the transformation of physical education teaching achievements in China: 1)the policy guidance of the education department is not strong,which leads to the lack of motivation to promote the transformation of physical education teaching achievements;2)the closeness of teaching activities makes all kinds of teaching resources not integrated,which leads to the waste of teaching resources;3)the lack of strict physical education management system and policy guarantee;4)Physical education teachers lack scientific and correct attitude and value orientation in the process of studying physical education teaching mode,and lack knowledge accumulation of corresponding new teaching mode;5)the assessment and evaluation system is tailored to the traditional teaching mode,and does not fully encourage the promotion of non-traditional physical education teaching mode.5.In order to promote the transformation of sports teaching model innovation,we must build a scientific and systematic power mechanism,operation mechanism,constraint mechanism,incentive mechanism and evaluation mechanism.
