Research On The Development Mode Of Chinese Professional Football League

In order to implement the "reform and development of Chinese football overall plan",by the state General Administration of Sport of China announced on May 5,2016,the sports development "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning" encourages the development of professional league,gradually increase the level of maturity and standardization of professional sports,improve the professional sports laws and regulations.The Chinese football association held preparatory work for a professional football league in October 2019,saying the league would be established by the end of this year.At present,there are few researches on the development mode of professional football league in China.However the current our country research on professional football league development mode is limited,so the professional football league in China was established,this study based on the analysis of present situation and the development of Chinese professional football league draw lessons from foreign experience in professional football league development,innovation is a model suitable for Chinese professional football league of the development of the football development.In this paper,the following research results are obtained through the application of methods such as documentary data method,mathematical statistics method,comparative analysis method and logical analysis method and expert interview method:1.Chinese football management mode has completed the transformation from the administrative monopoly professional sports league to the administration-dominated professional sports league,and is preparing for the transformation from the administration-dominated professional sports league to the market-oriented professional sports league.2.There are obvious defects and deficiencies in China's professional football league,including incomplete separation of management and management from the government and imperfect legal system,unreasonable rights and responsibilities of the football association,unreasonable property right structure of the clubs and unbalanced income and expenditure,insufficient commercial development of the CSL and unreasonable shareholding structure.German-british,3.The German,British and Japanese professional football leagues have formed the target mechanism of maximizing the interests of the league,the overall marketing mechanism of the league,the sound competition mechanism of financial balance and health,the incentive mechanism of reasonable income distribution,the restrictive mechanism of strict lawenforcement,and the development model of diversified investment mechanism with clubs as the main investment subjects.4.The ultimate positioning of China professional football league is a professional sports league with market monopoly.The development mode is a specific management mode under the supervision and guidance of the government association to realize the unification of the rights,responsibilities and interests of the league.In order to build the development model of China professional football league,the author puts forward the following Suggestions:1.Establish the profit maximization target mechanism2.Establish a marketing mechanism for the whole organization to negotiate benefits with other commercial organizations3.Establish the investment mechanism of the investment club of market subjects that pursue investment returns with clear property rights4.Establish a balanced competition mechanism5.Establish the supervision mechanism of multiple subjects and the restraint mechanism of the rule of law system...
