Research On The Social Adaptation Problems Of The Migrant Parents From The Perspective Of Social Work

At present,China's population ranks first in the world and is a large population country.With the continuous acceleration of the socialization process in China,by the end of 2018,the number of floating population in China reached 241 million,the number of floating population is large,the problems of all kinds of floating population are also constantly highlighted,and the social problems of floating population are also frequent.However,there is a large number of floating population such as parents,although they are not the mainstream of the floating population,but their needs and problems should not be ignored.Relocation parents to take care of grandchildren,ease the pressure on children or old-age reasons,with children to strange cities.The reality is that these parents We are faced with various difficulties of social adaptation,but from the current research,the society,government,community and even individuals do not pay much attention to it,and the research on the social adaptation of accompanying parents is relatively inadequate.Parents who leave their homes to follow their children to strange places of relocation,on the one hand may have a yearning for a big city life,but on the other hand,in the relocation,parents will inevitably encounter different changes from their hometown.Some parents may adapt quickly,but some parents can not adapt to such changes.This variation in diversity is bound to lead to many maladjustment for parents who are unable to adapt,for example Such as conceptual dilemma,communication dilemma and psychological dilemma,so that parents have some trouble,in the relocation of the social difficulties.This article mainly aimed at H city J community's accompanying parents carries on the research.On the existing research results,theauthor used the method of semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey to interview 15 accompanying parents in the J community of H city,and issued 340 questionnaires,and recovered 309 valid questionnaires,with a recovery rate of 90.9%.Through arranging the interview record and using the SPSS to analyze the effective questionnaire,the author first starts with the basic situation and social practice of the J community moving parents in H city,and then understands the reason of the old people's moving and the living experience of the moving place,and then the concept,interpersonal and psychological of the moving parents Three dimensions of social adaptation dilemma analysis,from the individual,family and social analysis of the impact of the social adaptation of the parents,using the intervention of group work,and finally combined with their social adaptation dilemma and its impact factors,adhering to the concept of "helping others self-help ",the use of social ecosystem theory,from the focus on their self-help,to the parents themselves to adjust;Through his help,he helps to build a new social support network for accompanying parents and promotes the development of professional social workers.Some suggestions are given to promote the social adaptation of accompanying parents in order to help them adapt to the living conditions of moving parents and adapt to the moving society as soon as possible.Relocation can also make it easy to spend old age.
