In September 2016,the overall framework of core literacy for student development in China was established and released.In the context of deepening educational reform,the educational connotation and goals are clarified,the core quality of students has become the guidance of training talents in the new period.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,cultivating the core literacy of geography is an important way to carry out the educational task of Strengthening Morality,the concept of human-earth coordination belongs to the core values of geographic core literacy,which is reflected in junior middle school geography education and has unique research value.The purpose of infiltrating the idea of human-earth coordination in teaching is to enable students to understand that only on the basis of respecting natural laws can society realize sustainable development,and correctly understand and deal with the relationship between human activities and geographical environment when facing the contradiction of human land relationship.Therefore,how to permeate the concept of human-earth coordination in teaching has become an important research content of geography teaching.Geography teaching material is an important tool for teaching.It not only carries geography knowledge and skills,but also is the basis for teachers and students to exchange knowledge and cultivate emotion.It also has research value for students to establish the concept of human-earth coordination.The analysis of the core quality of the concept of human-earth coordination in geography teaching materials is of great help to guide teachers how to cultivate students' concept of human-earth coordination in daily geography teaching.The paper mainly uses the methods of literature analysis,case study and classroom observation.Based on the predecessors' research,this article has concluded the current situation of the module “Activity” in PEP geography textbooks for junior high school students.Through the analysis,the author comes to the conclusion that the "activity" module in the geography textbook of junior high school is rich in content,diverse in type and close to life.The module of "activity" mainly reflects the cultivation of the concept of coordination between human and land from the two aspects of "the influence of land on people" and "the influence of people on land".Based on the specific teaching process and teaching experience,the author puts forward the strategies for teachers to optimize the use of "activity" module in teaching materials under the new curriculum standard.Teaching design is in line with students' cognitive law,arouses students' desire for knowledge,plays the role of group cooperation in learning,actively explores and solves problems,creates a relaxed classroom atmosphere,and enables students to gain knowledge in joy;teaching should be carried out in combination with the actual situation around us to learn useful geography for life;teaching forms should be rich and diverse,teaching materials should be deeply processed,and activities should be carried out in combination with local geography to improve enthusiasm;teaching evaluation system should be improved and teaching methods should be improved in time.On the basis of these teaching strategies,the author selects two teaching cases of "activity" module to design and analyze,so as to provide reference for the teaching of "activity" module.
