Research On The Sustainable Development Of Snow And Ice Sports In University Campuses Of Hebei Province

The Beijing Winter Olympics in 2022 is China's first Winter Olympics.The venue is located in Beijing and Zhangjiakou.It provides a good opportunity for the development of ice and snow sports across the country,and it also brings important opportunities for the development of ice and snow sports in Hebei Province.The Beijing Winter Olympics Bid Committee,on behalf of the Chinese government in the "Bid Report",promised the International Olympic Committee that it will bring 300 million people across the country into the snow sports in the next seven years,and then the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government put forward "the participation of the whole province by 2022 With the goal of reaching 30 million people in ice and snow sports,the Provincial Department of Education has formulated the "Implementation Plan for Colleges and Universities to Carry out Ice and Snow Sports Contests",which requires that the ice and snow sports activities of colleges and universities should be geared to all students and participate fully;Highlight the key points,widely organize and mobilize students to participate,and actively promote the promotion and popularization of snow sports.At the same time,because snow sports can enhance students' physique and hone their will,it is also an important force for the construction of "healthy China".The study selected Hebei Institute of Physical Education,Hebei Normal University,Zhangjiakou University,Hebei North University and Hebei Normal University for Nationalities,five universities as the object of investigation,using the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis methods,the teachers,site facilities,classroom teaching,extracurricular activities,Cultural atmosphere,funding sources,attention to the degree of research and analysis.According to the results of the analysis,the corresponding measures are formulated for the snow and ice movement in the campus of the university in Hebei Province,and the concrete path is constructed for the sustainable development of the ice and snow movement in the campus of the university in Hebei Province,so as to provide a reference basis for the sustainable development of the ice and snow movement in the campus of the university campus in Hebei Province.The results of the study are as follows:(1)At this stage of the university in Hebei Province in the early stage of campus ice and snow,has not yet formed a certain operating mechanism,in the development there are still some problems,weak teachers,lack of facilities,classroom development is not smooth,the form of extracurricular activities is not rich,the source of funds is relatively single,the cultural atmosphere is not strong,the degree of attention is not enough of these seven objective problems.In addition,the university has appeared the management system is not perfect,the policy implementation is not in place,the lack of safeguard measures and so on.(2)Hebei University in the development of campus ice and snow movement has certain advantages,the formulation of sustainable development strategy to establish goals,analysis of the existing advantages and disadvantages of colleges and universities in Hebei Province in the current context,in accordance with the basic requirements of sustainable development,follow the existing basis,to achieve the sustainable development of campus ice and snow movement in stages.(3)Hebei Province colleges and universities to their own need to have a suitable positioning,reasonable use of the sustainable development of colleges and universities in Hebei Province measures,to continuously optimize the teaching staff,improve the overall level of teachers,increase the number of available venues,effectively carry out snow sports classes,enrich extracurricular activities,increase the importance of campus snow and ice sports,Strengthen the campus ice culture publicity,a strong atmosphere.(4)Colleges and universities are a complex system in which the subsystems work well with each other.In order to realize the sustainable development of campus ice and snow movement,the university in Hebei Province should solve the existing problems at this stage,as well as the problems that can be foreseen in the future,and do a good job of corresponding measures,so as to realize the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the campus ice and snow movement in Hebei Province.
