As a comprehensive physical quality,sensitivity represents complex motor skills.It reflects the comprehensive ability to quickly,accurately,harmoniously and flexibly change the direction of movement or change the spatial position in the process of movement,as well as the ability to make rapid responses to external stimuli(sensory perception,prediction and decision-making).Sensitivity should be developed in its sensitive period.The primary school stage is the appropriate period and sensitivity develops fastest at this period.If can carry on scientific,rationalize in this phase,have specific practice,agile quality can get rapid development.In this paper,primary school students aged 9-11 years are selected as the test objects.This age group is in the sensitive period of development of sensitive quality.Comprehensively considering the physical and mental development characteristics and growth and the law of growth and development of pupil elementary school students,different combinations of exercises(cone-shaped markers,sensitive bars,solid balls,rope ladders,small fences)are selected as the methods and means to develop sensitive quality.The application of different combinations of exercises in physical education classes not only cultivates students' interest in learning physical education,but also improves their physical qualities in novel and pleasant physical classes,so that their physical qualities,especially their sensitivity develop rapidly.In this study,40 students from class 4,grade 4,and class 5,grade 4,Wenhua road,Jinshui district,Zhengzhou city,were selected as the experimental subjects by means of literature,the expert interviews,the questionnaire method,the experiments,the mathematical statistics and so on.There are 20 students in the experimental class and 20 students in the control class.Before the experiment,all the indexes of the two classes were tested for homogeneity.After the 10-week teaching experiment,the sensitivity and physical qualities indicators selected by the experimental class and the control class were tested,and the learning interest scales of the students in the two classes were analyzed.The experimental conclusions are as follows:1.After teaching experiment,the performance of the agility test indicators of the experimental class,for instance,hexagon catch,Illinois run,"Z" run,15 s stand ups,cross quadrant jump,etc.showed significant differences and significant improvements.This indicates that different combinations of exercises have a positive impact on the development of dexterity.On the contrary,There was no significant difference with the results of the control class in the five indicators of agility test,but also changed;Since 9-11 years is a sensitive period for the development of dexterity,the traditional practice method can also improve the dexterity.This shows that the experimental class with different combinations of exercises can improve the sensitivity of 9-11 year old pupils far better than the control class.2.After teaching experiment,the physical fitness indexes of the experimental class,such as 50 m running,1min rope skipping,standing long jump and so on,showing a very significant difference,with greatly improved(P < 0.01).There was a significant difference in the index of 1min sit-ups(P<0.05),with a certain degree of improvement.The control class showed no significant difference in the above four physical fitness indexes,but improved in different ranges.Nevertheless,there was no change in the forward flexion index.This shows that compared with the control class,the experimental class with different combinations of exercises has a better effect on reflecting the indicators of speed and strength quality,and has no effect on reflecting the indicators of flexibility quality.3.After teaching experiment,The experimental class showed signi ficant differences in the three dimensions of the evaluation scale of learning interest in physical education(P<0.01),However,there was no significant difference between the control class students in the three dimensions of the PE learning interest evaluation scale(P<0.05).It shows that the physical class with different combinations of ex ercises can stimulate and cultivate students' interest in physical learning.
