The martial arts vertical turn is one of the most important scoring techniques in the martial arts competition, which requires the athlete's torso to have a strong level of strength to support it.In this technique, the core area of the human body below the diaphragm and above the hip joint is used as the first choice for training, and in the unstable state, the vertical axis of rotation is used for difficult movements. Therefore, through the study of the martial art of vertical rotation,it is possible to find out the trunk strength exercises that are close to the specific technique and improve the athletes' performance through functional trunk strength intervention. This paper mainly uses the literature method, expert interview method, questionnaire method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method. The study results showed that.1.After 12 weeks of experimental training intervention, both experimental training methods were able to significantly improve the trunk stability of the athletes.2.In the trunk strength test, the experimental group and the control group had the same within-group increase in the strength of the lumbar, abdominal and back muscle groups, but the increase in the strength of the muscle groups on both sides of the trunk was higher than that of the control group.3.Functional trunk strength training, which approximates the special force characteristics, can improve the quality of the vertical vertical movement in the experimental group. The improvement of the quality and completion score of the vertical vertical movement, especially the difficulty of level C.Only the quality score of the vertical movement of level A and B was significantly improved before and after the experiment in the control group. After the experiment, both the experimental group and the control group were able to increase the number of successes of the vertical take-off and vertical take-off movements, and the average number of A and B level difficulty movements increased significantly before and after the experiment, but the control group increased the number of successes of C level difficulty far less than the experimental group.4.Analysis of the data measured before and after the experiment shows that before the experiment, athletes were unable to effectively transmit the muscular strength of the trunk, the trunk stability was low,the power from both sides of the body was uneven, and the body posture was too forward, rotation was weak,or the buttocks were sitting on the ground, and other quality problems usually occurred when performing the vertical movement. After 12 weeks of training, the multidimensional and irregular movement trajectories strengthened the ability of the trunk muscles to contract collaboratively, effectively stimulated theproprioceptive receptors of the athletes and improved the stability of the relevant muscles in the experimental group;there was no significant difference between the trunk strength groups, mainly due to the insignificant increase in the shallow explosive force of the trunk in the experimental group, but it had a certain effect on the improvement of the lateral trunk muscles.
