Urgently we need to improve college students' physical quality flexible and quality,which has important effects on other physical growth.Given the yoga classes in the trend of the development of the domestic universities,we need to study the effect of learning yoga for college students,make a comprehensive analysis of the learning yoga flexible quality for college students getting a positive improvement as well as different flexibility index change trend and scope.This article adopted the method of literature review,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics teaching experiments,grade,25 students as experimental research object,main body of the subjects,including shoulder,neck,chest,waist,leg flexibility test and the body.After making yoga learning plan,and learning two semesters yoga classes for these students,and in the early,middle and late,we take measurement and collect statistical data.After two semesters(32teaching weeks)of study,we analyze the data changes,trends and statistical data.This paper summarizes the improvement and change of students' flexibility quality by learning yoga,evaluates the influence of yoga learning on students' body flexibility,and enriches the scientific content of yoga's influence on students' body flexibility.The research results show that after two semesters of yoga learning,yoga on the body of college students shoulders and neck,chest,waist,leg flexibility indicators have an obvious effect(P<0.01).The difference of shoulder and neck flexibility index in the second semester was smaller than the difference change in the first semester,and the increase of chest,waist and leg flexibility in the second semester was significantly higher than that in the first semester,among which the change of the sit and reach was the most obvious,with significant difference in each semester(P<0.01).In the second semester,improvement that students get after practicing the posture of the posture of the split of the left and right leg and the posture of the back flexural body in the shape of the bridge(P<0.01)was significantly bigger than the difference of the index change in the first semester(P> 0.05).The results of the experiment show that the yoga to the flexible of the college students' body quality promotion has a positive effect,after two semester teaching experiment,learn yoga of flexible body quality of students,improve has very significant effect each semester the differences of different body parts change,the impact on the flexibility and learning yoga is directly proportional to the length of time,and increase of change in the second stage of teaching experiments showed significant differences.The university body flexibility quality promotion of space is very big is worth for a 32 weeksyoga course in colleges and universities to enhance the quality college students body flexibility.Yoga at the same time also can alleviate the pressure of the college students' body and mind.Therefore,increasing the yoga course in colleges and universities has a certain meaning and value.
