As countries to strengthen gradually implement the undergraduate education,as well as the students' physique test scores decline year by year,in this paper,in view of the college students to participate in physical exercise time,less exercise such as the limited space problem,analyze the motion characteristics of high intensity intermittent training,explore the high-intensity intermittent training short time,the highly effective movement characteristics influence on college students' physical health,and high intensity intermittent training on the influence of different gender college students' physical health.In this study,high-intensity interval training was used as a method to improve the physical health of college students to explore the influence of high-intensity interval training on the physical test results.This paper takes the freshmen of shandong university of physical education as the experimental subjects.There was no significant difference in the results of physical fitness test between the two groups,which were the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group and the control group were treated with high intensity interval training and moderate intensity continuous training.After the 12-week experimental intervention,the control group and the experimental group were tested again,and the test data were recorded.SPSS20.0 was used to conduct statistical analysis of the test results before and after the experiment,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.Influence on body shape: there were significant differences in body weight,BMI and WHR between the male and female experimental groups(P < 0.01),and the high-intensity interval training significantly promoted the body shape of college students.2.Effects on body function: there were significant differences in lung capacity between the male and female experimental groups(P < 0.01).There were significant differences in 800/1000 m running between male and female experimental groups(P < 0.05).Female college students were significantly better than male college students.Therefore,the effect of high-intensity interval training on the improvement of female college students' performance in 800 m running was better than that of male college students.3.Influence on physical fitness: there were significant differences between the male and female experimental group in 50 m running,standing long jump,pull-up(male)and 1min sit-ups(P < 0.01).The high-intensity interval training significantly promoted the college students in 50 m running,standing long jump,pull-up(male)and 1min sit-ups.There were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05),and female college students were significantly better than male college students.Therefore,the effect of high-intensity interval training on the improvement of female college students' sitting body proneness was better than that of male college students.
