Research On Student Community Management In Women's Colleges And Universities

As a part of the characteristic development of China's higher education system,women's colleges and universities play an important role in cultivating female elite talents,enlightening the gender consciousness of modern society and promoting the progress of social civilization.The College Student Association is the second classroom for college students to study,which has irreplaceable function in improving students' ideological and political accomplishment,promoting students' all-round ability development and accelerating students ' socialization.If women's colleges and universities want to cultivate more all-round development of outstanding female talents,we must strengthen the attention to the management of student associations.At present,women's colleges and universities because of their own closed management mode,special educational objects,limited school strength,and so on,women's colleges and universities in the management of student associations are many problems.How to deal with the problems that hinder the management of student associations and guide the benign and healthy development of students' associations in colleges and universities is a difficult and long-lasting task.Taking H Women's College Student Association management as the research object,this paper uses various research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to understand the current situation of student community management in women's colleges and universities,and finds that there are some problems in the management of student associations in women's colleges and universities,such as imperfect system,insufficient support and insufficient motivation for sustainable development.It also analyzes that the main reasons for the problems of community management in women's colleges and universities are the low degree of attention paid by schools to the development of associations,the backward management concept of community management and the characteristics of women's colleges and universities themselves running schools.In view of these problems and causes,the author puts forward to improve the management of student associations in women's colleges and universities from the aspects of fully understanding the importance of associations,perfecting the management system of associations and enhancing the motive force of sustainable development of associations.
