The Research Of The Management Of International Students In Higher Vocational Colleges In Hunan Province

With the continuous improvement of China's social economy and international status,"China style" and "Chinese civilization" has become a worldwide topic.Many of the world's top 500 enterprises also regard the Chinese market as an important strategic area.Therefore,with the development of the country's surge in demand for talent,study needs,so that more and more overseas students choose to study and live in China.Hunan Province,as an indispensable part of central China and history,has opened higher vocational colleges in 2006.In the process of continuous progress,Hunan Province,the Top professional in different areas have made in the country and even the world's attention by the achievements of the international demand for talent more prosperous.May be due to the vocational training of vocational colleges in Hunan Province is still in the early stages,many configurations,personnel,management level are not in place,a direct impact on the international development of vocational colleges.However,due to the early stage,although the academic community of China's university student management and management of foreign students related research quite well,the vocational college students management is also slightly studied,but for the Hunan province vocational colleges for the scope of the study,There are few studies on the management of international students in vocational colleges in Hunan province.Therefore,in order to have sufficient management theory and case foothold,this paper first studies the relevant research results of domestic university student management,summarizes the general management theory and method;Secondly,analyzes the current situation of the management of international students in Hunan province,Through the management of existing problems,the reasons for the summary;and then through foreign(US,Germany)domestic(vocational school,Shanghai Medical College)representative of the management of foreign students to analyze the strategic approach;Finally,the higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province Of the students to manage some of the views and recommendations.In order to help improve the management of the importance of foreign students to promote the process of management of international students.
