| Rope skipping is a competitive sports event that integrates fitness,competition,entertainment and appreciation.Its skipping methods are rich and diverse,and its requirements for the venue are not high.It is loved by students and also valued by educators.Through the 12-week experimental research on different combination skip methods of rope skipping,using the Excel software to carry out data analysis,this paper will compare and analyze the impact of different combination skip methods on the physical function and physical quality of primary school students in grade four,and explore their internal correlation.By organically combining rope skipping with the course content,while improving the level of rope skipping of primary school students,students’ physical quality and physical function will be enhanced,so as to simultaneously implement the specific requirements of the new curriculum standard.Let emerging sports items enter the classroom,and provide practical and reference basis for the application of rope skipping in the future teaching of sports and health courses,so as to serve the school’s physical health work.This paper uses the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,expert interview,questionnaire and experiment to carry out the experiment by using the intervention of different combinations of rope skipping to test the physical function and physical quality indicators of primary school students,to study and analyze the impact of different combinations of rope skipping before and after the experiment on the physical function and physical quality indicators of primary school students.The results show that:(1)Different combinations of rope skipping exercises have significantly improved the performance indicators of physical function and physical quality of primary school students in grade 4.It is feasible to apply rope skipping training to physical education and health teaching,but different combinations of rope skipping exercises have different effects on the performance of different items,which can be used as a reference when selecting specific exercise items.(2)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,there is a significant difference in the vital capacity performance between before and after,and the combination of individual figure skip and race skip has the most obvious increase in the students’ vital capacity performance.This method can be used to train and improve the students’ physical function during teaching.(3)In terms of physical quality,the impact on endurance quality,strength quality and agility quality is greater after the experiment,the traditional side-by-side skip exercise has the most obvious increase in improving endurance quality(50 meters×8 turn-back run)among other combination skip methods.The speed skip exercise has the most obvious increase in improving endurance quality(rope skipping in a minute)and strength quality(lower limb strength)among other combination skip methods.Compared with other combination skipping methods,individual figure training has the most obvious effect on improving the agility quality(4×10-meter turn-back run).However,for the speed quality,flexibility quality,waist and abdomen strength indicators,the improvement of rope skipping training intervention is not obvious in a short time,but according to the growth range of students’ performance before and after the experiment,if they persist in rope skipping training for a long time,the improvement effect will be more obvious.Through experiments,integrating rope skipping into physical education and health courses can enrich teaching methods and means and improve students’ interest in practice.On the other hand,it can improve students’ physical function and physical quality through the practice of different combinations of rope skipping.In the future sports teaching,it is suggested that the training of rope skipping can be further popularized to enhance the interest of the course and improve the physical health of students. |
