Goalball is an important content of the Paralympic Games.This sport has achieved excellent results in China's continuous exploration.At the 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games,the Chinese male and female teams won the gold medal and silver medal respectively,which won the world's recognition.Subsequently,the goalball sport was rapidly promoted in special education schools around China.Blind athletes are subject to the influence of their visual impairment,and can only judge their position and direction of movement by receiving external environmental information with touch and hearing perception.According to the "balanced triplet" theory of maintaining body balance,the vestibular system,visual system,and sensory system jointly maintain the static and dynamic spatial orientation of the body.Without any one system,it is difficult to keep balance.Therefore,the balance ability has a great impact on blind athletes.Any sport cannot be separated from physical fitness training.Physical fitness training can not only improve the athlete's physical functions,but also give better play to the level of sports skills.Core stability training is an important part of physical fitness training.Core stability training is a method of stabilizing the size and muscle groups of the trunk of the body.It can help goalball players to stabilize their body posture and body center of gravity,which could strengthen their upper and lower limbs and make the conduction more coordinated.After stabling the symmetry and balance of the left and right balance ability of the goalball player,the quality and success rate of completing difficult movements will be improved,so that various technical and tactical cooperation can be more flexibly used in the game.This article takes goalball players who applied core stability training methods in training as research objects,adopts literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics as research and analysis methods.After a series of preliminary analysis and collection of research data,in-depth study of the stability training method has provided an important theoretical basis for the core stability training of goalball players.Designing training and testing methods related to the balance ability of goalball players,and intervening on the physical fitness training of the experimental subjects to verify that the core stability training has an effect on improving the balance ability of goalball players.Eighteen goalball players in Shijiazhuang Special Education School of Hebei Province were used as experimental objects.They were divided into 9 experimental groups and 9 control groups.16 weeks of experimental research on different training methods were conducted.The experimental group used core strength training to intervene in training.The control group did not use controlled training methods.This research tested the following aspects before and after the experiment: the static balance(one-leg standing test and eight-level abdominal bridge test),dynamic balance(straight-line walking test and step in place test),the technical level of the goalball player,and the goalball games.By analyzing the experimental data before and after 16 weeks of tracking training,it is concluded that core stability training and traditional physical training can promote the static and dynamic balance of goalball players.Taking one-leg stand and eight-level abdominal bridge test indicators as examples,core stability training improves the static balance ability of goalball players more significantly.Both training methods have their own advantages in improving the dynamic balance ability of goalball players,that is,the traditional physical training has a significant improvement in the straight walking ability of goalball players while the core stability training has significantly improved the ability of goalball players to step in place.Compared with traditional physical training,core stability training is much more significant for goalball players in terms of improvement of spin pitching,one-line defense and kneeling defense,while the run-up pitching effect is not so much obvious;Core stability training has a positive impact on the results of goalball competition.The research in this article proves that core stability training can improve the balance ability of blind gateball players,and improve the stability and defense success rate of defensive actions.Core stability training affects the technical level of blind gateball players and the performance of blind gateball players.This article strives to explore a set of scientific theories by studying core strength training,providing theoretical basis and reference value for scientific training of blind gateball coaches in special education schools.
