Labor education is an important content of students' all-round development,and it is also the internal requirement of quality education in primary school.Human Development is inseparable from Labor,as Marxism stressed the combination of education and Labor,Labor is the fundamental force to promote the progress of human society.President Xi Jinping has stressed the importance of promoting a work ethic among students.For primary school students in the new era,the development of labor education in schools should not only enhance students' labor consciousness and concepts,but also carry out labor practice education,so that the majority of primary and secondary school students in labor practice to form a love of labor,hard work,honest work,creative work of good quality,thus promoting the all-round development of students.By using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and interview,and taking the students of four primary schools in Shijiazhuang as an example,this study investigated and interviewed primary students and teachers,from the implementation of Primary School Labor Education Curriculum,school labor education management and students,teachers of the importance of labor education to investigate and collect research materials and data.The first part: Introduction.It mainly includes the research background,the Labor education theory,the practical significance and the practical significance of the labor education,the domestic and foreign research summary,the research mentality,the research difficulty and the innovation of this research.The second part: from "Labor","labor education" and other concepts,combining Marxism's theory of combining labor with education,Vasyl Sukhomlynsky's theory of school education,Huang Yanpei's theory of Labor Education,and Xi Jinping's thought of Labor education in the new era,to provide a solid theoretical basis for the development of labor education in primary schools.The third part: There are two major parts: the status quo survey and the analysis of the problem.This part is to sort out the data collected from the questionnaire and the interview survey,and analyze the data.The information collected can be divided into the following parts: "The implementation of labor education in primary schools","the management of Labor education in primary schools","students' knowledge and attitude toward Labor Education",and "teachers' knowledge of Labor Education",through the data collation to show the current status of Primary School Labor Education Curriculum Development.The fourth part: The author further collates and analyzes the collected data,summarizes the problems in the process of labor education in primary schools and analyzes the reasons.In the investigation,we learned that the current development of labor education in primary schools in Shijiazhuang is unsatisfactory.Labor courses do not exist in the school's curriculum system and have been ignored by schools,at the same time,teachers,students and parents ignore and have a partial understanding of labor education.The main reasons lie in the lack of guarantee system and evaluation mechanism for the training system of labor education in schools,the deviation of the training idea of labor education and the "achievement-oriented theory" of teachers and parents,the important role of labor education in the all-round development of students has been neglected.The fifth part: In view of the problems existing in the process of the primary school labor education,combining the relevant materials and the author's personal views,the author puts forward the solutions from the aspects of the government,schools,teachers and families,etc.,in order to solve the problem of primary school students' labor education,this paper puts forward feasible training strategies,so as to give full play to the intrinsic value of labor education and promote students' all-round development.
