Over the past forty years of reform and opening up,China's economy has been developing rapidly and people's living standards have been improving.But at the same time,the imbalance between urban and rural development has become increasingly prominent,including the imbalance between urban and rural education development.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to “We will promote the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education,attach great importance to rural compulsory education,and strive to ensure that every child has access to equitable and high-quality education”.The integration of urban and rural compulsory education is an important part of China's urban-rural integration strategy.It is the fundamental way to promote the balanced development of compulsory education and achieve fair education.At present,information technology such as big data and artificial intelligence is developing rapidly.Information technology not only promotes changes in people's lifestyles,but also causes changes in the field of education.Informatization of education makes the form of educational resources more diversified and the teaching methods more rational.The co-construction and sharing of high-quality digital education resources has created conditions for the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education.Therefore,it is of great and far-reaching significance to systematically study the use of information technology to promote the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education.The integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education in all regions is facing some common challenges.At present,Hebei Province has not formed relevant supporting policies and mechanisms to promote the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education by information.This article aims to promote the integration of urban and rural compulsory education as the research object.Using research methods such as questionnaire surveys and interviews,to explore effective ways to promote the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education with information technology,and to provide a reference for related departments in Hebei Province to issue related policies.The introduction mainly explains the research background and significance,research status,research ideas and innovations.The first part starts from the basic theory,defines the core concepts of the article,and elaborates the three theories of integrated development of urban and rural areas,equalization of basic public services and education equity,laying the foundation of the article.The second part starts with the logical relationship between education informationization and the integration of urban and rural compulsory education,and analyzes the role and possibility of informationization in promoting the integration of urban and rural compulsory education.The third part summarizes the relevant policies and practices of Hebei Province to promote the integration of urban and rural compulsory education with informatization.Based on questionnaires and interviews,it analyzes the effectiveness of informationization to promote the integration of urban and rural compulsory education.The fourth part analyzes the problems in Hebei Province's current integration of urban and rural compulsory education with informatization in four aspects: imbalanced development of regional education informatization,incomplete development of education informationization policies and systems,insufficient supply of educational information resources Integration of urban and rural compulsory education needs and weak information education team.At the same time,analyzes the cause of the problem.The fifth part gives the optimization path and policy suggestions for accelerating the integration of urban and rural compulsory education with informationization in Hebei Province from multiple angles.The concluding part summarizes the above-mentioned central content,and looks forward to the development of informatization to promote the integration of urban and rural compulsory education.
