| The emergence of "internet plus" has promoted the continuous development of education informatization.Compulsory education is a very important and basic stage in education.It is of great significance to lay a good foundation for students’ future development.At present,education informatization has been continuously infiltrated into compulsory education,and the development of education informatization between urban and rural areas is of great significance to promote the balance of compulsory education between urban and rural areas.Only by realizing the balance between the informatization of compulsory education in urban and rural areas can we use informatization to promote educational fairness.This paper uses three research methods of literature reading,questionnaire survey and interview to conduct a sample survey of compulsory education teachers in 8districts,10 counties(cities)and villages under Harbin city,and to conduct structured interviews with education bureau staff and school principals in towns and villages,so as to obtain first-hand information and understand the real situation of compulsory education in urban and rural areas from four aspects of teacher level,hardware facilities,education quality and school culture.Through the above research,From the three levels of government,schools and teachers,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the informatization of compulsory education in urban and rural areas of Harbin,and puts forward targeted measures and suggestions,so as to narrow the gap between the informatization of compulsory education in urban and rural areas of Harbin,and to realize the balance of compulsory education in urban and rural areas of Harbin with informatization.According to the actual situation of the investigation,this paper puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions,which provide improvement direction for the balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas in Harbin. |
