Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform in the fall of 2004,many changes have taken place in the physics textbook.The current curriculum standard experimental textbook of the general high school has been supplemented and updated with many columns.These columns are an important part of the textbook,which enrich the content of the textbook.They can not only help teachers enrich the classroom content,strengthen students' application and understanding of knowledge points,but also help to expand students' knowledge,broaden their horizons and stimulate their interest in learning.The column of "scientific walk" is a representative of the column of teaching materials.The column of "scientific stroll" refers to one of the eight columns which are set behind the main body of the textbook,which can stimulate students' interest in learning and cultivate students' core physical literacy.The column of "scientific stroll" tries to guide students to understand the scientific thinking method,form the spirit of scientific inquiry,and expand the scope of students' knowledge.From the research data of the past decade,through text analysis and questionnaire survey,we know the cognition and practice of the front-line teachers on the column of "scientific walk",and find some problems: the front-line teachers have a low awareness of the column of "scientific walk",only 30% of the teachers think that the column of "scientific walk" is more important,do not know the positive significance of the column,and can not play the "scientific walk" The role of "walking" column;the use in the teaching process is not satisfactory,only 19% of teachers often design "scientific walking" content,most of the teachers reflect that because the teaching task is heavy,and "scientific walking" column as a non college entrance examination content,not too much time to lead students to learn.In order to study the column of "scientific stroll" systematically,the column of "scientific stroll" is divided into three categories according to the content involved: cognitive type of concept law,practical type of life and natural science and technology type,and its statistical analysis is carried out.This paper analyzes the functions of "scientific walk" column through examples: the application and extension of relevant contents and the implementation of physical core literacy.Finally,some suggestions for the column of "scientific walk" are put forwardIn the novel coronavirus column,the textbook is designed to take the quantum mechanics as an example.It is pointed out that we should select typical materials according to the students' cognitive level.Taking the Van de Graaff electrostatic accelerator as an example,we suggest that adding oscilloscope cases will help students understand the physical phenomena in life;and combine Japanese donations to our country with the new coronavirus infectious pneumonia in early 2020.The poems "mountains and rivers are different,the wind and the moon are the same as the sky" and Ma Yun's Poems "green mountains are the same,the wind and the rain are the same as the load",which feel the strong of our national culture.Therefore,we can permeate our traditional culture in the column of "scientific walk" and reflect the humanistic spirit.In the teaching of "scientific stroll",teachers can include "scientific stroll" into the teaching plan,guide students to carry out independent learning in various forms,and write exercises in the column of "scientific stroll" in ordinary teaching.
